"Our second time around on this hotel. Good location. Value of money for superior king bed with mini kitchen that you can cook is good. But this second visit a bit disappointed there is a lot of small flies on our second day. We stay 7 nights, we ask the staff to make up the room, still the flies linger inside the room specifically in bathroom. But all in all we’re having good time because we are able to cook our own food. We definitely come back again."

"Nice place to stay, especially if you value convenience. The location is very accessible—being near the bus terminal makes traveling around so much easier. There are also plenty of food options nearby, so you’ll never run out of choices whether you’re craving something quick or a proper meal. Overall, a comfortable and practical place to stay, perfect for both short and long visits."

"The location is near the city center, like 10 minutes away from SM but the problem is traffic. So it will take up to 30 minutes from the city center. Everything is fine, we were able to book on the same day and check in late at around 8pm, Breakfast is included but it's not appetizing, my concern is with the bathroom, it smells like cockroach when I tried to open the cabinet below the sink where the heater switch is located. I hope it was more accessible, since the bathroom is small it was hard for me to crouch down and turn it on, plus the smell of the cockroach. Overall if you just want to sleep for a night it's a good choice."

"The place was clean and the staff were very welcoming and nice. However, there’s no bidet in the bathroom. We aksed for 2 mugs and we were advised that it will be delivered in a few minutes but it was not. We needed to go down to ask again.  The ceiling fan was working but it’s not helpful. The TV is turning ON itself from time to time.  Good thing is that they have free drinking water (hot and cold). Could have been more accomodating of there’s at least free coffee.  Overall rating is still 8/10.  Thank you!"

"9/10 Very accommodating staff, clean room, and complete amenities. They provide towels, shampoo, and soap, plus there’s a 7/11 downstairs. Casa Bel is in the basement, so just ask the guards, landmarks are Polylite Baguio or PNB Village Upper at the M.M. Gara Building. Transportation is easy with taxis right outside. It’s 2.1 km from the city, costing around ₱100–₱150. Breakfast is delivered on time, the WiFi is fast, and YouTube works smoothly."

"Overall our stay was ok. But i would not recommend it for guests planning for a staycation . Pros: ●Rooms are big and shower area is spacious, and water pressure for showers, bidet, and faucet are strong. ● Breakfast buffet is good ●Hotel Staffs are friendly and approachable. ●View is nice Cons: ●Although the hotel is relatively new, the amenities appear poorly maintained.” Specially for the Pool area/Gym Area - Poor ventilation has caused the area to smell damp and moldy. ●8th floor, place is not very well lit, especially at night.” ●Pool hours is not consistent with what is posted online. Suggestions: Timely repairs are necessary to maintain guest safety and provide a relaxing stay."

"ตอนเช็คอินตอนประมาณ 1200 เราขอเช็คอินก่อนเวลาเพราะมี PWD กับผม และเราได้ 1 ห้อง แม้ว่าผมจองไว้ 2 ห้อง ยอมรับได้ เพราะ early check in ขึ้นอยู่กับความพร้อมของห้อง ขอบคุณที่คอยช่วยเหลือ สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกสะอาดและคนทําความสะอาดห้องของเราในห้อง 9004 น่ายกย่อง แต่อีกห้องไม่ได้รับการทําความสะอาดไม่แน่ใจเกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการทําความสะอาดมาตรฐาน (รายวันหรือตามคําขอ) พนักงานบางคนสุภาพแต่คนอื่นไม่ เมื่อเช็คเอาท์ นโยบายการเช็คเอาต์คือ 1200 เนื่องจากสถานการณ์ที่หลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้ เราเช็คเอาท์ล่าช้า ฉันขอความล่าช้าเล็กน้อย แต่ทางโรงแรมยืนยันว่าเราต้องออกจากห้องเพราะผู้อยู่อาศัยคนต่อไปพร้อมที่จะเช็คอิน คําถามคือว่าถ้าเช็คอินก่อนเวลาเป็นไปได้เพราะมันยังไม่ถูกต้อง แต่เมื่อฉันล่าช้าพวกเขาก็เข้มงวดและเราไม่มีทางเลือก ดังนั้นปรางค์เป็นคนที่ไม่ยุติธรรม อาหารอร่อย ประสบการณ์ที่ไม่มีความสุข ako sa ประสบการณ์ k dun sa เช็คอินก่อนเวลาตอนเช็คเอาท์ต้องปรับปรุงส่วนนั้น cguro"

"Everything was fine and great. Staff were very nice with good services. Location is great, easy to reach the main touristy spots. There was renovation during my stay, so heard some noise but not a big deal. The sound proof was considered okay. Very tiny noise from the renovation I heard and also when people passed by the corridor and talking. There was no separation between the shower and toilet bowl, but the shower water was hot enough. There was also water dispenser for you to refill water and provided with their glass jar, which is great! Overall, I had a good stay!"

"2/5.. HEAR ME OUT!! I was with my parents. We arrived early at 5am, we stayed at the restaurant area (since they don't have a lobby). We leave our things at the reception and went out for a tour since the checked in time is at 2pm. They even posted that additional 150php for 1 hour advance check in (we can't check in early since fullybooked). So after the tour we went back to the hotel at exactly 1:59pm. We asked the receptionist that we will check in already, but to our surprise.. our room was NOT YET READY and it was not being cleaned yet. YES, I've heard it from their radio. So, they explained that the room is not yet ready and need to be clean yet, apologized that they were understaff. Being UNDERSTAFF on a PEAK SEASON is not YOUR GUESTS PROBLEM. You can prevent that problem by hiring on call staffs or whatever! It was so devastating. I was with my senior parents, we were so tired and badly need to relax. We were able to get inside our room at 2:25pm.. So it was LATE already, my parents were angry and tired, and I was too. Now, when we enter the room, we noticed that we don't have bath towels so I kindly and calmly said to the attendant to please send us the bath towel after. We went to sleep and at 6pm, they were STILL NO TOWEL delivered in our room. I wanted to call them but NO DIAL CALL on their phone(not working), good thing I checked their phone number on the internet, I was able to call them BUT THEY SAID, NO BATH TOWEL AVAILABLE NOW AT 6PM, THEY WILL DELIVER IT AT 7PM SINCE IT'S ALL IN THE LAUNDRYSHOP. myghad! we wanted to took a shower so we have to wait ?? It supposed to be ready upon check in!! This time I SAID, if they can't provide us bath towels, then just give us a refund for our 3night stay and checked for other hotel. SO, THEY APOLOGIZED AND DELIVERED the towel AT 6;40PM. hay!!! now, since we stayed for 3 nights, on the 2nd night, I asked for another amneties, (toothbrush, shampoo and tissue). SInce we already used the 1st set. BUT THE RECEPTIONIST SAID, THEY ONLY GIVE 1 TIME AMNETIES (UPON CHECK IN) WHAT?? so if your guests will stay for 1 week, you only give them 1 amneties?? so I said, can I talk to your manager? But she said the manager was out of town! so she just give me another set of amneties. They have free breakfast which is not delicious, I feel like its LEFTOVERS FROM LAST NIGHT (Samgyupsal foods). just my opinion. I HOPE YOU WILL IMPROVE BY THIS HONEST REVIEW. IT WAS OUR EXPERIENCE. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OUR FRIENDS."
