"We stayed in this hotel for more than 2 weeks. It is a mediocre hotel which is acceptable if one does not expect a good standard. The lobby ceiling is low which is not usual for such big hotels. The bar and the restaurants are not very attractive. The food in the Italian restaurant was of a very low standard and we returned it and skipped this meal.
Our newly renovated room in the main building was well acceptable which we experienced after we moved from a very old style room in the tower.
It is not far away from the airport and can set e well if one does not expect much.
Annoying was that upon checkout it took 15 minutes to proof that our booking had been prepaid which is a other indication for the hotel's organisation and standard."
"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were fine. The breakfast was okay, enough to set you up for the day and the gym was particularly good. The staff were friendly and helpful.
My only complaint is the about the air conditioning. My room was always very hot and when I asked why the AC couldn’t cool the room down, they told me that for winter there are no cold options on the ACs. My room was about 28 degrees and the staff suggested using the fan function but that only put more hot air in the room. It was cooler in the corridor than my room. I hope that they can reconsider this policy as I wasn’t able to get much sleep on my final night as the room was far too hot (even with the window open)"
