อินน์ ใน อี้เซียน

We felt incredibly fortunate to stay at Danyuan Boutique Inn. The host was very welcoming and took extra care with everything. We had great conversations, and even though we had to use translation apps, we felt like friends after just one day. His wife cooked a wonderful dinner and breakfast for us of local cuisine - it was a unique and authentic experience. This was our favourite place to stay throughout our extensive travel through China! I strongly recommend to everyone: Chinese and international travellers. Thank you!

My family and I (5 of us) recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming homestay in Hongcun for two days and one night, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The building, steeped in history at 400 years old, is located relatively close to the West entrance, making access a breeze. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and well-kept. Although I initially booked three specific rooms, they were unavailable due to renovation. However, I was provided with three other rooms that turned out to be more spacious, which was a delightful surprise. The lobby felt incredibly welcoming, with a cozy living-room-style atmosphere. There’s a lovely café to the left and a souvenir shop to the right, adding a nice touch of convenience and charm as you walk toward the living area. Wan Jie (elder sister Wan), the host, was truly hospitable and attentive. Her warmth shone through from our first phone call, which she answered cheerfully while helping arrange our pickup, as cars aren’t allowed into Hongcun, a UNESCO Heritage Site. One of the highlights of this homestay was the restaurant nestled in a ”secret” garden—a serene and picturesque spot where my family and I could have happily spent more time. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, adding to the overall experience. Though it was too cool to use during my visit, the homestay also features a pool that would be perfect for summer days. At the end of our stay, Wan Jie went above and beyond by accompanying us to the village exit to wait for our driver, ensuring everything went smoothly before saying her goodbyes. It’s rare to experience such personalized hospitality, and it made a memorable impression on us. Based on my positive experience, I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Hongcun. It’s a unique blend of history, comfort, and genuine hospitality that truly enhances the visit.

房間寬敞明亮，一窗薔薇讓人心生歡喜。 設施不錯，空調給力、熱水充足、洗浴用品也不錯，還有徠芬吹風機。古鎮內之內，居住潔凈。老闆還及時接送站，很滿意。

Zhang Mansion is a peaceful oasis from the hustle and bustle of the ancient village, its decor and furnishing is fitting with the historic setting but with modern, clean and comfortable amenities. Would definitely stay again and would strongly recommend to others! Hotel manager was very communicative, but you need to have WeChat. They can communicate in English by message with you. The rooms were stunning, service was excellent and the communal areas were beautiful and comfortable. Hotel breakfast was freshly made and they were able to accommodate our requests. Some of the rooms require ascending steep stairs, so if you have accessibility needs it would be best to inform the hotel in advance. Bedrooms are comfortable and cosy. The addition of the tea ceremony area is brilliant. The mattresses and bedding were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean with good pressure hot water. The hotel also put us in touch with a honest and reliable driver that we used for transfers from the bullet train station as well as a trip to Huang Shan (yellow mountain).

Owners were very kind to pick us up from the entrance of Hongcun and assisted us with our luggage. The Inn is located within the village which makes it convenient to return home after walking through the village streets at night. The room is spacious, bright and clean. We loved the large living space where we could hang out with family and chit chat. There's a cute puppy at the reception and the owners were very considerate to put it on a leash whenever my mum was around as she's afraid of dogs. Would recommend this to all who're thinking of visiting Hongcun!

Excellent location and helpful owner. Highly recommend to stay here as a foreigner as communication was easy using wechat. He helped us navigate the city and rent escooters to explore the nearby villages (highly recommend for authentic feeling)

房間裏面有單獨的衞生間，24小時可以洗澡，這一點就秒殺了很多青旅。樓下是小酒吧，晚上可以唱歌喝酒玩遊戲，很適合年輕人，國慶節還這麼優惠的價格太良心了，住這裏可以遇見很多年輕的小夥伴。青旅在景區外面而且，離公交站台不遠，特別提醒:要在西遞景區這一站下車，下車走幾百米就到了，很方便。老闆會提前加微信指示位置，很熱情。 衹拍了門口，房間忘記拍照了，附上公交專線時刻表，供大家參考。

ฉันชอบห้องสตาร์ แม้ว่าฤดูกาลจะผิด แต่ก็เงียบสงบมาก ฉันบังเอิญถ่ายรูปหมู่บ้านใต้พระอาทิตย์ขึ้นระหว่างทางตื่นเช้าเพื่อชมทิวทัศน์ ปกคลุมไปด้วยหมอกยามเช้า สวยงาม! พี่สาวของเจ้าของใจดีและกระตือรือร้นมาก และจะตอบคําถามทีละคน ร้านอาหารแนะนําก็อร่อยโดยไม่ต้องเหยียบฟ้าร้อง เหมาะมากสําหรับคนที่ต้องการพักผ่อนและอยู่ได้ไม่กี่วัน ขับรถเพียงไม่กี่นาทีจากจุดชมวิว Hongcun ไม่ไกลมาก เหมาะสําหรับเดินทางด้วยรถยนต์

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ภายในจุดชมวิว ห้องพักสะอาด แต่ค่อนข้างเล็ก โดยเฉพาะห้องน้ํา ฉนวนกันเสียงไม่ดีเพราะคุณสามารถได้ยินสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นในห้องถัดไปได้อย่างชัดเจน พื้นที่ส่วนกลางที่ชั้นล่างค่อนข้างรก ค่อนข้างมืดในตอนกลางคืน ข้อดีอย่างเดียวคืออินน์ตั้งอยู่ภายในบริเวณจุดชมวิว อันที่จริงที่ตั้งของอินน์นั้นค่อนข้างยากสําหรับนักเดินทางที่จะหา ถ้าเจ้าของไม่ออกมารับฉัน ฉันจะหาอินน์ไม่ได้เลย นอกจากนี้ ทางเดินในบริเวณจุดชมวิวยังสร้างด้วยหิน เต็มไปด้วยหลุมบ่อและค่อนข้างสกปรก ดังนั้นการดึงสัมภาระไปจนสุดทางจากสถานีขนส่งไปยังโรงแรมจะเป็นฝันร้าย พื้นที่ที่สวยงามกลายเป็นเชิงพาณิชย์และแออัดเกินไป เป็นไปไม่ได้ที่จะเดินเล่นที่สวยงามและเงียบสงบเพื่อเพลิดเพลินกับทิวทัศน์ เวลาเดียวที่คุณสามารถเดินอย่างเงียบ ๆ ได้คือก่อน 6 โมงเช้า ฉันจะไม่กลับมาอีกแน่นอน

Pig's Inn is a charming little hotel in a beautiful original building - the spaces are just incredible and endlessly photogenic. The village of Bishan itself is very quaint, still inhabited by locals but with a few cafés and bars, design stores and a wonderful bookshop. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel are fabulous - we had dinner here twice. We stayed here for two nights in January, as most of the spaces are open, the hotel was a little chilly, but we were very cosy in front of the fireplace in the living area. Very happy we chose to stay in the small village of Bishan rather than the beautiful, but more touristy villages of Xidi or Hongcun. There are bikes and it was easy to get a Didi to visit the surrounding villages.
