โรงแรมKaiในฮาโกเน่

ไม่มีอะไรพิเศษเลย ห้องพักก็ใหญ่โต ซึ่งก็เหมือนกับที่หลายๆ รีวิวเขียนไว้นั่นแหละ อาหารสไตล์ไคเซกิไม่ได้ดีอย่างที่คาดหวังไว้ แต่มันก็กลายเป็นจุดหักคะแนนสำหรับฉัน ถ้าคะแนนเต็มของการเข้าพักครั้งนี้คือ 100 คะแนน ฉันคงได้แค่ 80 คะแนน เพราะราคาไม่ได้เป็นไปตามที่คาดหวังไว้เลย!

Room was beautiful and very very good with great views. Dinner was exceptional and breakfast quite good. Staff service is excellent but not great English. Hakone has a luggage service which I used to move the bags to the hotel. There is a return service which I wanted to use but the hotel failed to tell me I had to have the bag ready before 10am. This caused an inconvenience and irritation of lugging my luggage all day.
