小小詩詩I had a pleasant stay at Teatro. When I checked in, the front desk was very nice and gave me a bigger studio flat for staying 6 nights. It's location is safe, walking along the river for 20mins will take you to Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery. Walking to train station only takes 10 to 15 mins. 5 mins walk to a grocery store. There are 2 coffee shops right outide the hotel.The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Though I found an insect in the flat on the first day, action was immediately taken. Teatro is opened in 2H 2025. The room is spacious and well decorated. I had a pleasant stay at Teatro. Even with the window closed, you can hear the sound of every passing tram. It is no coincidence that earplugs were prepared, although they cannot improve the vibration caused by the passing tram much. And a personal note. In my previous booking, at other accommodations, the host's communication - despite the fact that there is no personal meeting - usually includes some kindness and personal attention. This was not the case here, although it would have been nice.

MManaf SalmanI was there with my wife for 7 days-6 nights. The location is great, we used it as a base for our daily trips by car. The Apartment was ok, the water in the bathroom sink couldnt go throught fast, which was not that nice. The reception in the night shaft was very kind and friendly. The reception in the day shaft was very uncomfortable, he discussed every single word you said and never try to solve your problems in an easy way. As we checked in, the night shaft told us after we have asked that we could get 1 time free cleaning cause we are staying for 7 days. I told the day reception one day before, and the day after we called and asked when they are comming? The answers were like you are asking a politician why he lost in his elections. Welllll we dont knoww, maybe 10, maybe 3pm, we said sir we want to go out, we dont want to do that before we close our door and be sure that no body is comming. Again he started to philosophize every single explanation. Alot of other examples. In general, the employee can be a problem solver, or making it more complicated. Te kind thing was that i asked him to print me two papers, he did (after telling me to go to the website and search for their email during he has a business card in his hands). The breakfast for extra 12 euro per person was not good, unhealthy, and very very simple and cheap. Not even a fresh juice (juice machine full with sugar instead). First day not any kind of egg, we asked why, they said it is sunday we didnt get egg! Only mini croissants, mini butter, jam, toast, bread, little of salad leaves, if you dont catch the first dish of fresh tomato, you will not see it again. I would not pay more than 5 euro for this breakfast. The place itself was very calm, green, big, and beautiful. It is on the top of the mountain, you have a wonderful restaurant nearby, nice area to walk throught. Good connected to the highway (8-10 minutes to the highway). The gym was very old and neglected. The pool was closed as we we were there.
