小小詩詩I had a pleasant stay at Teatro. When I checked in, the front desk was very nice and gave me a bigger studio flat for staying 6 nights. It's location is safe, walking along the river for 20mins will take you to Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery. Walking to train station only takes 10 to 15 mins. 5 mins walk to a grocery store. There are 2 coffee shops right outide the hotel.The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Though I found an insect in the flat on the first day, action was immediately taken. Teatro is opened in 2H 2025. The room is spacious and well decorated. I had a pleasant stay at Teatro. ผผู้เข้าพัก入住當天上午我提前抵達，雖然未到規定的辦理時間，但前台員工主動協助我提前入住，對此我十分感謝。然而，我被安排入住的房間存在明顯問題：不僅緊鄰雜物間（不知為何在意大利我總被分到此類房間），而且室內下水道氣味濃重。本想着工作人員讓我提前入住已是照顧，便打算忍耐。可淋浴之後，異味愈發嚴重，實在無法忍受連續住三晚。
外出返回後，我向前台提出換房請求，接待的是一位不同的女員工。她顯得很不情願，神情中流露出嫌麻煩的態度，表現不夠專業。雖然最終為我更換了房間，但新房間的衞生間比之前小了近一半，我不確定是否為同等房型。
直到次日，另一位前台女孩主動為此前的房間問題向我致歉，也承認了異味的存在。整體而言，這次入住經歷可謂優劣交織，服務水平參差不齊。

ผผู้เข้าพักI booked total 14 days for a same room, I just request make up room services 2 times only, that why my room face tissue and toilet tissue use finished, so I ask for more 2 boxes face tissue and 2 rolls toilet tissue, but a male room service staff don’t give and say need exchange one box face tissues for one roll toilet tissue and then I walk in complain this case with reception female staff, finally she give me back 2 rolls toilet tissue, but her attitude so bad sit say me wrong use words describe toilet tissue only, may I ask all room customer if case like this make sense or not?
Original I gave them full mark comment for this hotel, now I trade back my original comment and give them lower mark comment first until after 2 days when I leave this hotel and they do back good attitude and improve for their service and then I will give back them good comments!
I am very easy handle person just say actually things only!

SSuper mamaThis hotel is very clean and new. Staffs was so kind and helpful too. On the second day of our stay, we had a problem with the hot shower in both of our rooms and only managed to get the problem fixed at night. Due to that, they compensated us free breakfast as a service recovery for my family the next day. We enjoyed our stay in this boutique hotel. However the parking in this hotel is so limited that we almost didn’t get parked our car in the hotel. We weee told that if no parking spaces available, we had to find a blue lot to park outside the hotel area. So far we were lucky enough to get the parking lot inside the hotel.

MManaf SalmanI was there with my wife for 7 days-6 nights. The location is great, we used it as a base for our daily trips by car. The Apartment was ok, the water in the bathroom sink couldnt go throught fast, which was not that nice. The reception in the night shaft was very kind and friendly. The reception in the day shaft was very uncomfortable, he discussed every single word you said and never try to solve your problems in an easy way. As we checked in, the night shaft told us after we have asked that we could get 1 time free cleaning cause we are staying for 7 days. I told the day reception one day before, and the day after we called and asked when they are comming? The answers were like you are asking a politician why he lost in his elections. Welllll we dont knoww, maybe 10, maybe 3pm, we said sir we want to go out, we dont want to do that before we close our door and be sure that no body is comming. Again he started to philosophize every single explanation. Alot of other examples. In general, the employee can be a problem solver, or making it more complicated.
Te kind thing was that i asked him to print me two papers, he did (after telling me to go to the website and search for their email during he has a business card in his hands).
The breakfast for extra 12 euro per person was not good, unhealthy, and very very simple and cheap. Not even a fresh juice (juice machine full with sugar instead). First day not any kind of egg, we asked why, they said it is sunday we didnt get egg! Only mini croissants, mini butter, jam, toast, bread, little of salad leaves, if you dont catch the first dish of fresh tomato, you will not see it again. I would not pay more than 5 euro for this breakfast.
The place itself was very calm, green, big, and beautiful. It is on the top of the mountain, you have a wonderful restaurant nearby, nice area to walk throught. Good connected to the highway (8-10 minutes to the highway).
The gym was very old and neglected. The pool was closed as we we were there.
