Can’t believe we’ve never used this place before! Far exceeded expectations and we’ll definitely be back. Loved it all. Makes far more sense than a regular hotel. We used it for a one night stopover but would love to have stayed longer.

We had a wonderful stay at the Dakota in Leeds. The staff were phenomenal and very accommodating, even taking delivery of an item prior to our arrival. It is excellently located, with a solid albeit not spectacular breakfast. Arguably the only area for improvement would be providing a few more amenities in the room. There is no mini fridge, limited wardrobe space, and the bathroom was a little lacking - no cotton pads, cotton ear buds, or toilet brush. Otherwise I can highly recommend this place for any stay in Leeds.

Stayed in twin room on second floor. Check in was easy, staff really friendly and service excellent. Room was lovely. Comfortable and quiet. Good facilities and shower was fantastic. No hot buffet breakfast, but you ordered from a menu. Portions small but very tasty. There was a cold continental style buffet. The young lady who served us both mornings was delightful. Nothing too much trouble. Wish I had taken her name to name drop her specifically on this review! Location was excellent. Around 5 mins walk from the station and 2 mins walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars etc. When checking out at 11, the hotel allowed us to keep our bags there until 6pm as our train wasn't until early evening. Saved us a bad back carrying them around! All in all, excellent stay and would be my first choice hotel if / when we return to Leeds.

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms very comfortable beds and it’s always kept to a high standard. Complimentary bottles of water, biscuits, tea and coffee which is a nice touch on arrival. We regularly use Clayton Leeds to visit friends and attend gigs in Leeds. The bar staff are lovely and the breakfast is always great. Great hotel with lovely staff. Parking available underneath the hotel.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Leeds City Centre is a stylish, highly rated waterfront hotel located in the vibrant Granary Wharf area, just a two-minute walk from the rear entrance of Leeds train station. Guests consistently rave about the spotless, quiet rooms with incredibly comfortable beds, the top-tier buffet breakfast, and the spectacular panoramic city views from the 13th-floor Sky Lounge rooftop bar. While on-site parking is pricey and the Wi-Fi can occasionally be spotty, its flawless blend of scenic canal-side charm, exceptional service, and urban convenience makes it a brilliant choice for an upscale stay in the city.

We stayed 2 nights in the hotel and found the room to be really comfortable, the staff really friendly and helpful, and the food was really excellent. We didn't use the spa facilities as always arrived too late but the pool looked really inviting. Location was also good as just a few minutes off the M1. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at this hotel.
