I recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient—just an 8-minute walk from the station and a 7-minute drive to downtown and the Falls. The room was spacious but quite dated, with older cabinets, carpets, towels, and common areas like the lobby and elevators. However, the hotel was clean, which made up for the aging facilities. The room had a coffee machine, but there was no water kettle, bottled water, toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers provided. The reception staff were polite and friendly, making check-in and check-out smooth. The room rate was very affordable, and it included a buffet breakfast with hot food, which was a nice bonus. Overall, despite the dated appearance, the value for money and cleanliness make it a solid option for budget-conscious travelers. No major complaints.

This is GREAT Value for money! It was our first time in Niagara and we didn’t have any real guide, we just booked because it felt like a good price and it was a GEM! Traveled with my family (3 kids and spouse) and the 2 Queen beds + Sleeper couch was perfect! The location is actually EXCELLENT, close enough to the falls for an easy walk with Children, but also close enough to all the Major attractions! There is a pool and tub, which was a hit for our kids and onsite parking made life so much easier! Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and I can’t recommend this place enough! The only issue I had, our window was facing the sun and there was no way to use the black out curtains properly! Those Curtains need to be looked at especially during the summer when it is Sunrise at 5am! Can’t talk about the breakfast because we didn’t have it, but all in all, GREAT value for money!

Clean room with comfortable beds with some slight wear and tear. But 8th floor could not see the falls. We could see a glimpse of the river past the parking lots/skylon. In the middle between Clifton hill and table rock. Should be walkable but was too cold to walk the night we were there.

The service is great. Able to deposit luggage when there. Upon check in, just need to inform that pre check in is done. The room is big to have 2 big luggage open at the same time. The toilet is having basin and bath/toilet separated. Allowing 2 different ppl to prepare at different times. Cleaning every 3 days. Will be great if there are more shampoo/Conditioner and soap. Cos the bottles are too small for 2 pax for 3 nights. I am too lazy to ask so I use mine and let my partner use theirs.

This was our first time staying at Americana and we are very pleased with the experience. We drove 3 hours from northern Ontario and it was worth it! We went with another family for New Year's Eve and our children had such a wonderful time. We ordered room service, went to the waterpark several times, played in the arcade and our kids had so much fun. We are planning to come back next year!

1.Best location Walking distance to falls and Clifton hill. They have free breakfast and it’s awesome . This is my 5th stay in this hotel and I am looking to stay again in future .

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดีมาก ใช้เวลาเดินเพียง 10 นาทีก็ถึงน้ำตก สระว่ายน้ำของโรงแรมสวยงามมาก มีอ่างจากุซซี่อุ่นและซาวน่าให้บริการฟรี การบริการก็ดี ห้องที่เราเช็คอินครั้งแรกอยู่ชั้น G หันหน้าไปทางลานจอดรถ พนักงานที่เคาน์เตอร์ลงทะเบียนให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมากและเปลี่ยนห้องของเราไปอยู่ชั้น 2 หันหน้าไปทางสระว่ายน้ำ น่าเสียดายที่โรงแรมเดิมอยู่ต่ำมากและไม่มีวิวจากชั้นบน เราจึงมองเห็นได้แค่สระว่ายน้ำหรือลานจอดรถ โดยรวมแล้วก็ยังแนะนำ! คุณต้องขอแปรงสีฟันและหวีที่เคาน์เตอร์ บางชั้นของโรงแรมยังมีเครื่องขายน้ำอัดลม ห้องซักรีด เครื่องทำน้ำแข็ง ไมโครเวฟ และห้องออกกำลังกาย แต่มีอุปกรณ์น้อยมาก

The falls view room had really good view of the falls, Liked it. Liked the pressure in the taps. The location was good, and hotel was connected to ****** and shops. The bathroom toilet got clogged multiple times. And also the water was not draining from the bath tub it was really slow. Also $35 parking was across the street which i felt was little costly for the walk we needed from the parking spot.

Hello The service was great and the staff very friendly. We had a good variety for breakfast which was very good. The only thing we had issues with is that the mattress was a little too soft and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Air conditioning could have been a little cooler. The room stayed pretty humid. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Close to everything. The price was good but I wish it would have included parking. That was an unexpected cost.
