El hotel me pareció bonito, es nuevo, de hecho algunas áreas siguen en construcción, me pareció que es más bien para gente que va por trabajo más que para familias, la habitación es demasiado pequeña y sin espacio para poner cosas personales, tanto en el baño como en la habitación, aún yendo sólo a dormir me pareció incomoda la habitación y éramos sólo 3 personas. Recomendable si vas solo.

I stayed at the hotel for a business trip and was extremely impressed by how helpful the staff were. I left a poster I needed for a meeting behind in my room and realized this only when I got to the meeting--called the hotel, they went into my room, got the poster and put it in a taxi to my meeting spot. That was amazing. We also had a late cancellation for a guest due to unavoidable reasons and the hotel was very gracious in accommodating. The room itself is comfortable and spacious. The downside for me is location in terms of convenience to the city center. The hotel is right by a bus stop but one needs to switch to another bus to make it to the city which takes a little time. Other than that, comfortable stay. Thank you again to the Ramada hotel staff for great customer service.

Great location just right opposite the train station. Easy to access and great breakfast served. There is a piano in the central lobby which we can play. Enjoyed the stay. The pillows are especially fluffy... so far, the best pillows I have slept on from so many hotels we have stayed.. Can we buy the pillows ?

I received a wonderful welcome from the staff. They made my stay very enjoyable and were able to answer any questions. Room was clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and a good size working desk. I had dinner in both the restaurant and the bar. Service was good and staff attentive. Food was well presented and tasty. The reception area was spacious and I was able to spend some time before leaving for the airport catching up on work. Thank you all for your kind attention. All done with graciousness and a smile.

We chose this hotel as we were visiting friends in Carouge. It was a good choice, the hotel and the rooms are themed on cartoons which was fun The room was comfortable, though a bit short on storage - it also had a very odd shutter that automatically opened and closed according to teh time of day We did not have breakfast there, but there is a good bar and very freindly reception service The best part is that it is close lots of excellent restaurants and shops. The tram stop a few minutes away convenientyly transports you all over Geneva. A great place to stay and explore from Enjoyed our stay

The Geneva Marriott is an attractive, contemporary hotel located roughly near the airport, and since the shuttle doesn't run that often, you might be better off making the walk, as I did. For me it was a matter of some 20 minutes, but depending on your starting point at the airport, it could easily be less. Much closer to the hotel is the quite large Balexert shopping mall at 7 or 8 minutes' walk. The center of town can be also be walked to, as the way is rather straightforward, though it is noticeably farther than the airport, making the trams that stop very close to the hotel an option. Of course you will have to ask for your free Geneva public transport card, as the hotel makes no mention of these at its own initiative. I liked the fact that I was offered a late checkout immediately on arrival. I didn't like hearing that breakfast is available to platinum Marriott Rewards members in the executive lounge only, a marked departure from standard practice elsewhere in Europe - not just at Marriotts, but also, for example, at their large American competitor also located near the airport. As it was, when I was ready for breakfast on the morning of my one-night stay, it turned out that something had gone wrong and as a consequence, breakfast was offered only in the restaurant. The assortment there was between good and very good, which I'm sure wouldn't have been the case in the lounge. The lounge had already disappointed the previous evening. I went shortly before 18:00 just to make sure that food would still be available when I was expecting to have the time, just after 19:00. The employee said yes, but there was virtually nothing left when returned; she might have had the courtesy to mention that they would stop replenishing dishes, but this would have required some thought from the guest's perspective. The gym was not so great, either; from a large and modern Marriott I'd expect better. All in all, acceptable, but if breakfast in the lounge is as meager as I suspect, then I would probably not favor this property.
