พนักงานทุกคนน่ารักมาก ห้องพักกว้างขวางและไม่รู้สึกปิดตัว โดยรวมการเข้าพักของเราน่าพัก อีกทั้งยังสามารถจองอาหารเช้าที่ไม่ได้เก็บไว้อย่างเป็นธรรมชาติได้หลายวัน อย่างไรก็ตามความสะอาดก็ไม่ได้รับการเคารพอย่างเต็มที่ในกรณีของเรา เราสั่งบริการทําความสะอาดทุกวันซึ่งถือว่าเป็นข้อเสนอที่ดีเนื่องจากไม่จําเป็นสําหรับการเข้าพักระยะสั้นๆ แบบนี้ ห้องพักทําไว้เสมอในวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์แต่ห้องไม่ค่อยสะอาดเมื่อเรามาถึง ปุ่มอาบน้ํา turk ฝุ่นเต็มไปหมด ชุดแก้วสําหรับขวดน้ําที่รวมอยู่ในราคายังมีคาบลิปสติกจากผู้มาพักก่อนและในอ่างล้างหน้ายังมีเส้นผมที่จมน้ําค้างที่เห็นได้ เราแค่ไม่ได้ใช้แว่นและทําความสะอาดอ่างล้างหน้าเอง ห้องพักและอ่างอาบน้ําอย่างอื่นก็อยู่ในสภาพที่เหมาะสม เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ก็พึงพอใจได้ โดยรวมแล้ว กับอัตราส่วนความคุ้มค่า ี่ยังคอยถามบ่อยว่าทุกอย่างเรียบร้อยดีไหมและถ้ามีปัญหาก็สามารถมาติตรงได้

Very nice I heve very nice time

This was a real surprise, we booked last minute a good price. The staff were 1st class smiley and efficient. The room modern and clean. The breakfast was outstanding. Plenty of vegetarian choices but ham on the bone and whole salmon for the meat eaters. We got a tram from the station which took 5 minutes.

We arrived at the hotel after a long travel day in the early evening and the receptionist was very friendly, listened and gave us two nice rooms with views towards the city (rather than the station and rail-tracks). The rooms were clean and had amenities such as a kettle. What really rocked was the breakfast. An excellent choice of cold and warm, a very good handmade fruit-salad and bircher musli. As I am someone using the stairs rather than the elevator to do some steps, I really enjoyed the motivating messages on each floor of the staircase. Good idea! Overall great value for our money. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay, we will come back when the opportunity arises.

Mit positiven Erwartungen bin im Rahmen einer Tagung für 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel gewesen; Ergebnis sehr ernüchternd. Betonen will ich gern daß das Personal ausnahmslos sehr angenehm und bemüht war. Das Zimmer war riesig, mit rechts alten Möbeln vollgestellt und überwiegend funktional. Es besteht definitiv ein deutlicher Renovierungsstau der so ziemlich Alles betrifft. Manches ist schlichtweg defekt (Toilettenpapierhalter fällt ständig runter, Garderobenhaken sind abgerissen, Aussenjalousie defekt etc.) und das Meiste ist völlig überaltert. Sauber war es. Unverschämt war daß mit der Begründung daß das Wetter zu unstet sei die Klimaanlage nicht zentral eingeschaltet war. Das Wetter war sehr konstant und von Tag zu Tag in Richtung 30 Grad wärmer. Mit der Klimaanlage wird geworben - hier ergo ein klarer Etikettenschwindel und eine Täuschung zulasten des auch dafür zahlenden Gastes. Meinen Kollegen in anderen Zimmern ging es genauso. Daher Mangelhaft und keinerlei Empfehlung !

เราเดินทางไปติดต่อธุรกิจที่ Ludwig shafen และหาโรงแรมที่ใกล้กับสถานที่ทํางาน เสียดายที่ ‘Excelsior Hotel’ อยู่ในลิสแรก ในราคาเพียง 90 ยูโรต่อคืน (รวมอาหารเช้า) นับว่าไม่มีข้อสงสัยเป็นตัวเลือก ‘budget’ , แต่ก็ไม่ได้เป็นbudget ในแง่ของ Travelodge หรือ Premier Inn แทน ก็เป็นโรงแรมที่หลงทางในย่านที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ที่ค่อนข้างจะผุพังไป ตัวโรงแรมเดินไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟ กําแพงที่ปกคลุมด้วยลายกราฟิกรอบๆ โรงแรม, และ ความประทับใจแรกของโรงแรมทางภาพไม่ได้เป็นบวก หาทางเข้ามายาก แม้จะมีร้านนั่งร้าน และป่าคอนกรีต ตอนกลางคืนเป็นย่านรู้สึกไม่ปลอดภัยพอสมควรมีคน'เหงาไปมา'ดูสงสัยๆ ด้านบวกหนึ่งเมื่อจองห้องพักคือ 'Skybar' แต่ได้ทําการขุดลึกเข้าไปรีวิวอีกหน่อยก็เห็นได้ชัดว่าปิดมานานแล้วกว่าจะถึง ”ระบาด” จริงๆแล้ว 4 ปีก่อน และเมื่อมาถึงเราก็ได้รับแจ้งว่ายังปิดโดยไม่มีการวางแผนไว้ในอนาคต บริเวณที่พักไม่มีร้านอาหารหรือบาร์นอกจากมีตู้เย็นมินินั่งที่โต๊ะต้อนรับพร้อมเบียร์ไม่กี่ขวดไว้บริการ ตอนเช็คอินยังได้รับคําขอ 'วันเกิด' และที่อยู่บ้านซึ่งมักจะรู้สึกไม่เกี่ยวข้อง, ้ไม่ยอมให้รายละเอียดดังกล่าว พอถึงห้องพักผ่านลิฟซึ่งใช้เวลาประมาณ 5 นาทีถึงและย้าย ไม่มีแอร์ซึ่งช่วงที่ไปอากาศ 32c เจ็บปวดมาก แต่โชคดีที่มีพัดลม ขนาดห้องไม่แย่เลยและเตียงนอนสบายแต่การนําเสนอห้องในฐานะแขกใหม่ก็ไม่เกรงใจ มีสายไฟต่อและสายติดกับเตียงนอนของฉันไม่ยวบอยู่เลย การเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตแทบจะไร้ประโยชน์ในช่วงบ่าย/เย็นหลังจากแขกเริ่มใช้ผมได้รีสอร์ทใช้ข้อมูลมือถือแทน มีระเบียงแต่เป็นแค่คอนกรีตและห่างไกลจากความสะดวกสบายถึงแม้วิวเหนือเมืองจะไม่เลวร้ายเลย ไม่มีเฟอร์นิเจอร์ และนอกจากด้านความปลอดภัยแล้ว บางคนสามารถไปจากระเบียงห้องไปยังคุณได้อย่างง่ายดาย ดังนั้น อย่าลืมล็อคและห่อประตูระเบียงไว้เสมอเมื่อไม่ได้อยู่ในห้องพักหรือในเวลากลางคืน , คุณสามารถได้ยินเสียงรบกวนจากห้องพักข้างเคียง ทั้งด้านบน ด้านล่าง และไปยังด้านข้าง ดิฉันยังค่อนข้างมั่นใจว่าดิฉันได้กัด 3 'เตียง-แมลงวัน'จากการเข้าพักที่โรงแรมเป็นเวลาสองคืน อาหารเช้ารวมอยู่ในเรท 90 euro ของฉัน และห้องอาหารอาหารเช้าก็ไม่ได้แย่ การบริการเป็น friendly แต่ตัวเลือกมีจํากัด ตัวเลือกเย็นน้อย และตัวเลือกร้อนน้อย ไม่มีเบคอนหรือไส้กรอก น่าเสียดาย แอบดูถูกจับหนูวางอยู่รอบๆ ร้านอาหาร ขณะที่นั่งพยายามทานอาหารเพลินๆ ในขณะที่ห่างจากโรงแรมได้ทิ้งป้าย ”ห้ามรบกวน” ไว้ที่ประตู ทั้งๆ ที่นี้เมื่อกลับมาหลังบ่ายวันนั้นช่างทําความสะอาดได้เข้าห้องแล้วทําความสะอาดแล้วจึงรับไม่ได้ในครั้งนี้เมื่อข้อความทําออกมาชัดเจนว่าห้องไม่ควรรบกวน โดยรวมถ้าไม่ใช่สําหรับราคาคงทําเครื่องหมายนี้ว่า'แย่' แต่ราคาต้องพิจารณาถึงแม้ว่าฟู

We had spent our trip staying at this hotel unfortunately on the Saturday night there was an event so the parking was full . We had to pay the fees in advance so I did ask for refund at the reception as we parked on the street.The lady was rude from beginning and extremely unhelpful, told us to send an email . No one came back to us after 4 weeks we still waiting for our money. I can’t believe that a guest is being ignored like that !!!!! Then they are cleaning the rooms every second day that means every second day we needed to go down to ask for new towels etc. The receptionist very unpleasant person insulted other guests by calling them ossis ( the easten guys) , as they had a slightly accent . They were so shocked that they didn’t know what to say . Very unprofessional and not at all welcoming!!!!! There are plenty other great hotels in Mannheim where guests are welcome and get the value for their money.

Vorweg: Die bisherigen negativen Ausführungen sind überholt. Das Hotel hat an sich gearbeitet. Das fängt in der nett gestalteten Lobby und im freundlichen Empfang an. Es wurde ausführlich über alles wissenswerte informiert. Hunde sind erlaubt! Da es in der Nähe keine Parkplätze gibt, wird angeboten für 13 Euro in der Tiefgarage zu parken. Das öffentliche Parkhaus berechnet 15 Euro. Die Lage ist sehr günstig. Vom Bahnhof sind es wenige Meter. Die Innenstadt ist gleich daneben. Das Hotel wurde gründlich renoviert, trotzdem sieht man dem Hotel den 70er-Flair an. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Zum Empfang stand eine Flasche Wasser bereit. Schokolädchen wurden vermisst. Die Minibar war leer. Die Temperatur konnte nur durch Öffnen des Fensters gesteuert werden; es war eindeutig zu warm! Das Zimmer ging zur Straße raus. Die Fenster sind aber schallisoliert. Das Bad ist geräumig. Allerdings irritierte die Bad/Dusch-Kombi. Sehr gut bewerte ich den Roomservice, der nur auf Bestellung kommt. Ich hasse es, wenn fremde Menschen mit meinen Sachen umgehen. Das Schwimmbad ist gut zu erreichen, sauber und passend temperiert. Das Frühstück hat eine reiche Auswahl mit laktose- und glutenfreien Speisen. Die Brötchen sind allerdings Aufbackware. Der Service ist sehr gut. Das Personal immer ansprechbar. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Es gab ein 3-Gänge-Menü. Suppe ok, Hauptgang mittelmäßig. Die Desserts gingen gar nicht. Die Vanillesoße schmeckte intensiv nach Zitrone. Die Panacotta hatte eine merkwürdige Konsistenz. Insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert. Positiv: Lage, Leise,Roomservice auf Anforderung, Mitnahme von Hunden, sauber Negativ: Parken, Abendessen, Zimmer zu warm
