"We stayed for 4 nights and felt right at home in this beautiful Riad. It is very centrally located in the old Medina yet relatively close to a nearby car park which is a real bonus when transporting your luggage and accessing services outside the old town. The Riad has been exquisitely restored by the family who run it - with great sensitivity to the local architecture without compromising on all the modern essentials. The owners and staff were brilliant - kind, friendly and attentive to our every need. The garden area is a beautiful, peaceful place to while away a languid late afternoon and the rooftop terrace is the perfect location for breakfast with incredible views over the old town. I can’t recommend a stay here more highly!"

"First of all, I want to highlight Ibrahim, the receptionist, not only for his kindness but also for how helpful he was to us without expecting anything in return. Our flight was canceled due to the power outage in Spain, and we had nowhere to sleep. We contacted him, and he immediately solved the problem. He also found accommodation for two acquaintances who were also without a place to stay and took them to another riad about 20 minutes away because this one was full. The accommodation is excellent value for money (you can find all sorts of options in this area). The room was large, beautiful, and had a private bathroom. Ibrahim serves each guest a freshly made breakfast and makes coffee or tea with great care and attention to detail. He also plays guitar in the dining room some afternoons, and the tranquility he brings is amazing."

"Located about 10 minutes from the main street of the old Medina, this riad offers a beautiful and cozy courtyard — a perfect retreat after exploring the maze of Fez. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast was simple but decent. The staff don’t speak much English, but they were genuinely willing to communicate and made us feel welcome. One small note: we stayed 3 nights and bath towels weren’t changed during our stay. Honestly, we weren’t sure if we could request it — so if you need fresh towels, just ask! (Not sure it’s complementary or not) That’s on us as much as the riad. Overall a lovely, authentic place to stay in Fez. Recommended!"

"First, thank you to the housekeeper for his service. He delivered our suitcases to our room and then carried them downstairs to the parking lot when we left. He was also busy serving breakfast every morning (very good, including fried eggs). This hotel is very conveniently located, near the parking lot, the old town, and a high-rise for panoramic views of Fez. (If you drive, park at Ain Azliten Parking. After exiting, look for a small alleyway next to a beautiful bougainvillea tree. Just keep going along the path until you reach the end.) Although it's a B&B, the hotel lives up to five-star standards and was probably the most comfortable accommodation we stayed in along the way. The room was spacious and high, without the usual stinky sewer smells common in riads. It was spotlessly clean. Besides disposable toothbrushes, there was a safe, makeup remover pads, and local black soap and volcanic mud (which seemed to be very effective for oil control). The room was beautifully decorated, and all the window and door hardware was in perfect working order. The shower had a strong, hot water flow, and there was a smoke alarm. Thank you to our host, a French lady. It was a pleasure to share some insights into the world of today's young people. I will miss your beautiful Riad. Thank you to our housekeeper, a handsome young man from Chefchaouen."
