"Really like the location, just beside the train station. The service was very good, they changed my room when I complained about the hair dryer that not working. The restaurant located nearby swimming pool, very nice view during breakfast"
"It’s not a bad hotel, but its rooms are a bit old. I paid 1400D to ask for a normal double room and asked it to be “quite” but it’s not. The room locates right next to a main street so during the whole night you can hear endless cars, motors and police car alarms. The window fully closed yet blocked no noise. AC needs to be replaced to new one as it howling every few minutes like a diesel engine. The room is big and clean though.
I had to wait for 25 minutes to check in. I don’t blame the staff as they were just too busy. They only have 3 people at the reception and they need to deal with frequent customer requirements, individual customers and tour groups at the same time! If this were just an ordinary 2–3 star hotel, I wouldn’t have much to complain about. However, for a resort charging 1,400 dirhams per night, this level of management and infrastructure really needs to be updated and improved."
"Безумно красивый риад со внутренним двориком, где растут мандарины. Нас любезно встретили с традиционным чаем с мятой и печеньем ручной работы - чай подали в саду. Подается традиционный завтрак с лепешками - мы рано выезжали, поэтому попросили завтрак с собой, нам все бережно завернули и отдали с собой в дорогу! Комнаты просторные, удобные кровати. Риад находится в отличном месте, рядом со всеми необходимыми достопримечательностями. Нам все понравилось!"
"Great breakfast and wonderful service at the breakfast. The spa area was freshly renovated and smelled of lacquer. The female sauna was not operational. The steam bath (Turkish hammam) was marked as free in the hotel description, but the staff told us that it needed a reservation and wouldn't let us use it. Worst of all and something that is inconceivable for a hotel in this category, they were out of stock on hotel slippers! How to use the spa area or relax in the room without slippers?"
"No more support
We were unable to reach the hotel because our Qatar Airways flight through the Middle East was cancelled due to the war. We had booked three double rooms.
I contacted Trip.com for assistance, and also reached out to the hotel directly via messages and email to explain the situation. Unfortunately, we did not receive any support or response at all.
In contrast, many other hotels in Morocco were understanding and offered free cancellations or flexible rescheduling. This hotel, however, was extremely rigid and showed no consideration for our circumstances.
I was initially very impressed by the hotel’s décor based on previous reviews, but given this experience, it’s something we will seriously reconsider if we ever return to Morocco in the future."
"The Riad is very very nice and closed to the main gate so you cannot get lost trying to to find it. The staff is super nice and the room perfectly clean. I stayed in a solitaire ai gle room with aingle bed. Ia very small but has anything and the most important is clean. The breakfast is very good and the whole Riad very nice. Highly recommended!"
