"Great breakfast and wonderful service at the breakfast. The spa area was freshly renovated and smelled of lacquer. The female sauna was not operational. The steam bath (Turkish hammam) was marked as free in the hotel description, but the staff told us that it needed a reservation and wouldn't let us use it. Worst of all and something that is inconceivable for a hotel in this category, they were out of stock on hotel slippers! How to use the spa area or relax in the room without slippers?"
"Bonjour j'ai été déçu de notre séjour dans cet hôtel car nous avons précisé qu'on était des nouveaux mariés arrivée fatiguée à la chambre il manquait beaucoup de choses. la chambre était vide pas de bouteille d'eau pas de verre pas de chausson chambre plein de poussière. Un hôtel 5 étoiles la chambre devrait être irréprochable. Donc je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel."
"Great great hotel . Very traditional
Marroccan vibe and décore . We were greated like royalty with Moroccan tea and sweets .
- you need to walk to the riad it’s not accessible with a taxi ; once you get off the taxi it’s about a 6 min walk when you know where your going . There are directions but the first time in Medina , there will be people need the taxi haggling to help with your luggage and bring you ; it’s worth the 20MAD tip because it’s a max in the Medina.
- the view from the rooftop is amazing and the service was 10/10 for everything ."
"Walking distance to the Medina (old town), the royal suite room are big enough with huge living room as common area, only issue is the drains were clogged on our first night of stay but they fixed it the next day. Be prepared to walk a lot of stairs, is kind of like a maze in the hotel."
