We went there for a long weekend and we had a fantastic time at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and very efficient. The duty manager Mr. Mueller had done on fantastic job on us so traveling with a toddler was easy. Very nice food as well - room service was quite fast and breaky was yummy. Don't forget to visit little Tokio - stunning restaurants there. Ask the famous concierge for recommendations - he knows where to go. We had a fab time so thanks to all who make it happen!!!

Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt zum Flughafen oder auch ins Fußball-Stadion. Sogar in die Stadt mühelos mit der S-Bahn! Check-In war super, da ich mein Auto vor der Türe parken, in Ruhe aufs Zimmer gehen, und es dann zur Mietwagen-Agentur bringen konnte. Das Zimmer war ebenso sehr geräumig. Immer wieder gerne. (Das Frühstück oder die angrenzenden Restaurants habe ich nicht genutzt.)

The room was of rather basic standard but sold as ‚superior‘. Furniture in need of an upgrade, walls scuffed, ripped linen and ripped net curtains. Coffee machine was leaking water. Parking at €24 per day is very pricey (beware: a lot of the bays at the front have trees overhanging resulting in bird drops on the car) There is a building site in front of the hotel, I am no expert but would say it will be there for all of May at least - noise started at 5:40am on a Thursday morning.

New hotel near the train station on a pedestrian street with 2 other hotels. All Very nicely done. Very convenient location. Great pool, sauna and exercise room on top floor, included in price of room. We had the basic room, which is large with a kitchenette, with dishwasher and washing machine, well equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The layout of the room was ok, but we have stayed in Berlin and Frankfort Adina hotels and liked their layouts better. The service from all the staff was excellent. Cleaners, reception, dining room. All went out of their way to help us. The receptionists really helped us a lot with our issues, and unfortunately, we had issues while in Dusseldorf. Breakfast was very good, but Berlin and Frankfurt were fantastic, so we were disappointed. I waited for half an hour to get a decaffeinated cup of coffee. The waitress was in tears over how long it took for her to bring it out. To someone who hasn’t been in those hotels, you will be fine. Bathroom towels were medium size only. no small hand towels and no large bath towels. Minor point but annoying. No air conditioning, and we had to open our windows. Make sure to ask for a side of the building that is quiet if you are there in the summer.
