Staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful Cleanliness could be improved. There is no utensils to keep tooth brush or plaste. Cleaning is not very good. Breakfast has very limited variety to choose from. - This is something need attention to.

The hotel location is good. About 15-20 minutes from airport, very convenient for a short transit trip Walking (don't do that in summer) distance to National Museum, Islamic Art Museum and Souq Waqif. My flight arrived in early morning and the front desk charged me for early check-in at about 2/3 of the full night rate...Except for this, the staffs were generally friendly. Room space is huge, 60sqm+, but the view is almost blocked though I booked city view. But does't matter too much as it's not necessary to open the curtains during day time due too too strong sunlight. Sound insulation is not good enough.
