We had the most wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton for my son’s birthday. The hospitality was truly exceptional , every detail was taken care of with so much warmth and thoughtfulness. A special thank-you to Ilham and Naila, who went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday extra special with love, surprises, and personal touches we’ll never forget. It was such a beautiful and memorable experience for our family. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so celebrated and cared for!

ほんとうに素晴らしいホテルです。結婚記念日のお祝いをビーチで祝ってもらい、レストランでもお祝いしてもらい、お部屋には今までで1番すごい飾りをしてもらいました。お部屋を担当してくださったAlamin Robul レストランのスタッフ ビーチまでお花とドリンクを届けてくださったRecreation team 本当にありがとうございます。 次回もまた利用したいです。
