Service is the most memorable part of the hotel. Every employee that we came across are all smiles and attentive. You do really feel taken care of. Also informed that we were celebrating my birthday and the staff put up some simple deco and cake :) nice touch. Our sea view was at the end of block A so some tall trees were blocking part of the view if viewed from inside the room. But this is easily settled by walking out to the balcony. If you prefer privacy and a more quiet room, do request for block A as it is the furthest from the pool and restaurants. There are ongoing reno near the pool but we did not hear anything from our room! King sized bed was comfortable. Bed a tad soft but we got used to it after awhile. Bathroom was great. Super big bathtub. Nice rainshower. Breakfast buffet has extensive selections. Check out the juices alone! Only issue was there were alot of flies.

We booked the resort for our honeymoon. Requested for a honeymoon decoration for our room and was not disappointed by it. We received a corner seaview room which has a bit more privacy. Buffet breakfast has a variety of choices. Spent most of the time relaxing by the bar facing the sea. Staff was very friendly. Only downside was the aircon wasn’t strong at times.

โรงแรมเข้าถึงได้ง่ายและในระหว่างการเช็คอินที่จอดรถก็ง่าย ที่จอดเยอะเหมือนกัน เดินไม่ไกล =) การเช็คอินรวดเร็ว พนักงานเป็นกันเอง =) ลิฟต์ใช้ได้ แต่ค่อนข้างช้าในช่วงชั่วโมงเร่งด่วน ฮ่า ๆ. อาหารเป็นที่ยอมรับ สระว่ายน้ำยอดเยี่ยม & เด็ก ๆ ชอบมัน แต่แต่ละครอบครัวมีการจัดสรรการใช้งานเพียง 30 นาทีเนื่องจาก SOP อย่างไรก็ตามชายหาดนั้นสนุกและเงียบสงบ =) เราชอบร้านทูนามายามากกว่าเพราะทำเลที่ตั้ง และไม่น่าเชื่อว่าคุณสามารถไปที่อิเกียได้ในเวลาเพียง 50 นาทีโดยการขับรถ! ฮ่าๆๆ😆 การหาอาหารสำหรับ lucnh & อาหารเย็นนั้นค่อนข้างง่ายเพราะร้านค้ามากมายใน Bandar Penawar อยู่ห่างออกไปโดยการขับรถเพียง 5 นาที =) มีอาหารให้เลือกมากมาย .. เรารักสิ่งนั้น การรับของชำก็ค่อนข้างง่ายเช่นกัน =) ดังนั้นสำหรับครอบครัวขนาดเล็กที่มีลูก 3 คน ฉันขอแนะนำโรงแรมนี้และจะกลับมาอีกแน่นอนในปีหน้า =)

สถานที่ที่ยอดเยี่ยม ! สถานที่ส่วนตัวสุด ๆ สําหรับพักผ่อนและฉันมีความสุขกับการเข้าพัก ฉันไปกับสามีและลูก พวกเขาให้อาหารเด็กฟรีสําหรับเด็กสําหรับลูกของฉันด้วยในขณะที่เราสั่งอาหารในห้อง พนักงานทุกคนเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดีมาก พวกเขาพยายามตอบสนองทุกคําขอของฉันเสมอและเตรียมสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกวันเกิดสําหรับงานฉลองวันเกิดของฉัน จะกลับมาอีกแน่นอน!
