"This was an absolutely wonderful hotel. We stayed for 5 nights. Staff, from the concierge, to the doorman, to the cleaners were all polite and friendly. Breakfast was a good spread. They treat you like a VIP whereever you go. Room was clean and service was prompt. We were greeted by Saleh at the reception counter, he was a very friendly and helpful, knows who we were and greeted us by our names everytime we passed by the counter.
Connectivity to Abu Dhabi mall is also a big win.
The location has a few more authentic restaurants if you care to venture a bit further. Al Aqsa a place that sells only Kunafah and baklava is only 10 mins walk away. We went there every night."

The hotel itself is decent—clean rooms and functional amenities—but nothing that stands out. What’s shocking is the price swing: rates jump up to *460% higher* during peak season, making it feel overpriced for what you get.
Customer service is a weak point. I sent a request via email and never received a response—not even a courtesy acknowledgment. That lack of communication leaves a poor impression.
On the plus side, the location is convenient. It’s near a grocery store, coffee shop, and convenience store, so daily needs are easy to meet. Taxis are also readily available, making transport hassle-free.

"The hotel is clean but it is like a condo or flat type of hotel…but it is nice anyway. The food is so yummy with a lot of choices. For the location, it is about 15-20 minutes walk from Al Wahda Mall & so, it’s a bit far. Better to ride a taxi if you have a luggage because it is very hot outside esp. during the mid day. It is near anyway, in all the tourist spots of the city. At night as well, you can hear the music from the bar and also the sound of cars passing by outside.
The staff were so friendly, helpful & accommodating. For the service, I find it excellent. We had a pleasant stay in this hotel."
"Staff were really friendly and hotel overall was great. However, I will say that the service was appalling. Particularly the room service. Several times over several days, I had called up as not mugs were put in the room, radio didn’t work, no spoons/stirers were there (for example), but no one came. Two times I had to go down to the desk and ask personally and other times, I just forgot about it. This is just a few issues we had.
My thoughts and opinions were shared with staff on checkout and an apology was given, but a good will gesture would have been nice, particularly since I had a list of bad experiences."
