The room was about what you’d expect from a major hotel chain its clean, comfortable, and fairly standard. My main disappointment was the Club Lounge. I paid extra for access, expecting complimentary alcoholic beverages during the evening cocktail hour, but they only offered snacks and soft drinks. Alcoholic drinks were available, but at an additional cost. Other Marriott properties I’ve stayed at provide complimentary drinks in their lounges, so this felt like poor value for money. Overall, the stay was satisfactory but not outstanding. Service was average and didn’t meet the standards I typically associate with the Marriott brand. In my opinion, the Club Lounge upgrade isn’t worth the extra cost.
