The staff at this hotel were very friendly and professional. The services were excellent as well. It has a good location and nice proximity to local transportation network

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel near the airport. They had a free shuttle service to and from the airport. It was actually a direct bill between Associated Checker Cab Company and the hotel, but no matter. It was very convenient and easy for me to use. My room was on the fourth floor and its hallway noise was minimal. The front desk agents were nice and professional. I had them call a taxi for me a couple of times to go downtown. I really liked the breakfast attendant, a young Asian man. He was smiling, friendly, and seemed to enjoy his job. Breakfast had a lot of choices and hot food (eggs and turkey sausages) tasted really good. It was served buffet style so you cannot leave hungry. The breakfast area was very clean and maintained. Coffee was hot (medium roast) and tasted fresh with a slight nutty flavor. The breakfast buffet was busy when I came downstairs, but I didn't have to wait very long. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to other travelers. For the price paid, it was very good quality. Just keep mind, if you do take a taxi cab to downtown area for sightseeing, plan on $40 one way after including a tip.

Overall, the hotel is very nice and well-equipped. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There is also convenient parking, a pool, and other great amenities, which made the experience even better. However, there was an issue with the pricing that left us confused. I originally booked the room for $129, but at check-in I was charged $154 without any prior notice or explanation. Since we had been traveling for about 10 hours, I only noticed this the next day. To make things more confusing, the receipt I received later showed $132. While the difference is not huge, having three different prices without clarification felt uncomfortable and a bit disappointing. Because of this, I would think twice before booking here again.

โรงแรมสะอาด แต่ผ้าเช็ดตัวเก่านิดหน่อย ห้องพักมีขนาดปานกลางและสะดวกสบาย บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าที่โรงแรมจัดให้ก็โอเค มีให้เลือกไม่มากนัก แต่ก็พอเพียงเว้นแต่คุณจะเรื่องมากเกินไป ความแตกต่างเพียงอย่างเดียวคือร้านอาหารแห่งนี้ไม่ได้หรูหรามากนัก เป็นสถานที่กึ่งใต้ดิน ส่วนบรรยากาศการรับประทานอาหารก็เป็นเพียงสถานที่รับประทานอาหารเท่านั้น สภาพแวดล้อมโดยรวมของโรงแรมอยู่ในเกณฑ์โอเค อยู่ติดถนนใหญ่มีการจราจรหนาแน่น แม้ในรูปจะดูยิ่งใหญ่อลังการกว่า แต่ของจริงก็ไม่ได้ใหญ่โตมากนักและดูเล็กไปสักหน่อย โดยเฉพาะล็อบบี้ที่ไม่สามารถเปรียบเทียบกับล็อบบี้ในประเทศจีนได้ มีขนาดใกล้เคียงกับล็อบบี้ของโรงแรมราคาประหยัดทั่วไป มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกพอเหมาะและดูเล็กและสวยงาม มีเครื่องชงกาแฟในล็อบบี้ซึ่งก็ดี แต่ช็อกโกแลตร้อนมักจะไม่เพียงพอและคุณต้องดื่มกาแฟขมๆ ห้องพักมีขนาดปานกลาง แต่เครื่องปรับอากาศมีเสียงดังไปนิด ซึ่งคนที่อ่อนไหวง่ายอาจจะรับไม่ได้ โรงแรมมีสระว่ายน้ำแต่แทบจะเรียกว่าสระว่ายน้ำไม่ได้เลย มันก็เล็กเหมาะกับการเล่นน้ำ แต่ไม่เหมาะกับการวิ่งเล่นในสนามแข่งรถ นอกจากนี้ที่ตั้งยังอยู่ใจกลางเมือง ไม่ไกลจากที่ไหนๆ เหมาะกับคนชอบ Check in และสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวต่างๆ อยู่ห่างเพียง 2-4 กม.เท่านั้น อย่างไรก็ตาม พื้นที่สุสานแห่งนี้ใหญ่มาก ด้านหลังโรงแรมฝั่งตะวันออกมีเนินลาดขนาดใหญ่ และลงไปเป็นเขตอุตสาหกรรม ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนนทางด้านเหนือของโรงแรมเป็นบริเวณสุสาน ผมคิดว่านี่คือที่เดียวแต่กลับกลายเป็นว่ายังมีสุสานสาธารณะอยู่ตรงข้ามฝั่งตะวันตกอีกด้วย รอบๆ มีสุสานอยู่ประมาณ 5-6 แห่ง และยังมีสุสานจีนด้วย พื้นที่หญ้าสีเขียวขนาดใหญ่รอบโรงแรมที่เห็นบนแผนที่ไม่ใช่สวนสาธารณะ แต่เป็นสุสาน! โชคดีที่สุสานที่นี่ไม่ได้น่ากลัวขนาดนั้น ให้ความรู้สึกเหมือนเป็นสถานที่สบายๆ อย่างสวนสาธารณะที่เดินผ่านทุกวัน ไม่ทำให้รู้สึกน่ากลัวจนเกินไป ในส่วนของการบริการ พนักงานต้อนรับที่นี่ไม่ค่อยมีสาวสวยๆ เหมือนที่ประเทศจีนเท่าไรนัก มีชายชราอยู่ไม่กี่คน ชายผิวขาววัยกลางคนคนหนึ่งก็ดูดี แต่ชายชราเหล่านั้นไม่ค่อยดีนัก พวกเขาเป็นคนตะวันออกกลาง และกล้ามเนื้อใบหน้าของพวกเขาไม่สามารถขยับได้ดีเพื่อแสดงรอยยิ้ม มันทำให้ผู้คนมีความรู้สึกอ่อนโยน เย็นชา และห่างเหิน ไม่เหมาะกับอุตสาหกรรมการบริการ! รูมเซอร์วิสก็โอเค ถ้าไม่ใช่เพราะหน้าตาบูดบึ้งของพนักงานที่แผนกต้อนรับ ส่วนที่เหลือก็ถือว่ารับได้

พื้นที่ห้องโอเค👌🏻แค่ว่าตอนกลางคืนมีเสียงดังเกินไปไม่รู้ว่ามีการก่อสร้างหรืออะไรเกิดขึ้นแต่เสียงดังมากซึ่งจะส่งผลต่อคนที่นอนหลับไม่ดี ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีมากมีรถไฟใต้ดินฟรีในเมืองตรงหน้าประตูยังสะดวกมากในการเดินไปจุดเช็คอินต่างๆ หากคุณมีสัมภาระไม่มาก มีรถบัสสนามบินที่หน้าประตูซึ่งสะดวกมาก อย่างไรก็ตาม เรามีสัมภาระจำนวนมากจึงยังคงนั่งแท็กซี่ต่อไป

The stay was okay, we liked the pool and breakfast part. Some staff are just un approachable. The fire alarm went off at 2am (false alarm). Fire department arrived, We got worried and called the reception she answered dismissively “it will turn off soon please stay in your room!” It took 30-40 mins for the alarm to stop.

I was a bit nervous after reading some other reviews, but I need not have been. My room was spacious, the bed comfy and the pillows plentiful. My 11 year old grandson, who visited during my stay, gives the pool and waterside a huge thumbs up. His mother, sister and I enjoyed the hot tub while he splashed alone.  Breakfast was a bounty! Although I am limited by multiple food allergies, I found more than enough to eat and enjoyed my 2 breakfasts.  When I first arrived in my assigned room, I discovered a tool on the floor and a dismantled A/C unit. Before I had time to wonder, a repairman was at the door, apologetic that I had arrived before he could complete his maintenance. He immediately arranged for me to switch to a different room, and all was well.  Desk staff were all cordial, helpful, friendly. I have absolutely no complaints about my stay and highly recommend others to ignore naysayers and give it a try. I would be happy for a return visit if opportunity arises. This is my second visit this time it was perfect they renovated it since i walked in smells sooo clean and fresh the housekeeping manger sooo helpful and kind The buffet for dinner amazing Indian cuisine over all very nice experience especially at the pool
