DDWeeHad an amazing stay at Residence Inn! The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds (its on the softer side so you really sink in), perfect for a good night’s rest after a full day of exploring. Most of Calgary’s main attractions are within walking distance, which made getting around super convenient. The hotel also offers self-service laundry, which was a big plus. Washing and drying cost only CAD 3 each, which is very reasonable compared to other places we’ve stayed. Laundry sheets/powder are also available for CAD 4 in the lobby's shop.
Parking isn’t free, but that’s expected downtown. You can choose valet service or park in the next building for CAD 30 per night. If you prefer, there’s also street parking and several parkades nearby - both street-level and underground.
Overall, highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Calgary!

. I am writing to complain the lady on the front desk. She treated me not respectful. When we checked in, I am asking if we have hot spring, she replied several what? And correct me “hot tub” such as I am lack of knowledge.
Later, I want to use Landry room and change dollars with them. They gave me several two dollars, and the washing machines only accept 1 dollars, which they should have known at first place. So I went back to the front desk to ask for 1 dollars again. And at that time. There is one guy lining in front of another front desk server. And the lady was answering the phone. So I naturally stood in front of her desk and waited for her. And I asked her to change 1 dollars for me since they didn’t know. And then she asked me” don’t u notice there is a line? You should wait after it.” So I was so embarrassed to find out I cut in line.
So if she is really mindful about me cutting in line, Why not telling me to wait after? Or just remind me in a more respectful way assuming I really don’t know there is a line? Either way will have same effect and I would be acknowledged in a not embarrassing way. And again, the washing machine only accept 1 dollar and they did not know, is their job dereliction.
I am very concerned how your service match up with your high level of fees.
ผผู้เข้าพักthe staff are very friendly and helpful. the receptionist who checked me out also signed me in as a member of the hotel and told me about all the benefits of being a member. She’s very accommodating. the location is also very accessible.
ผผู้เข้าพักWe were a tad alarmed when we first walked into the lobby as there was construction going on in both the lobby and breakfast area. That said, our accommodation was great and each morning the breakfast room had been tidied up of construction and we were greeted with a variety of breakfast choices, which we very much enjoyed.
