"We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Cavalier Calgary Airport. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, which made our travel day much easier, though it’s worth noting there’s no shuttle service. Still, the quick commute was no problem for us.
We appreciated that the hotel offers a storage unit, which was super helpful and made managing our luggage so much easier.
Our room was newly renovated, clean, modern, and very comfortable — definitely a highlight of our stay.
Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!"

ผผู้เข้าพักWe had a quick overnight stay. Used the shuttle service at 10:30 p.m. It was reliable. The elevator was broken for our stay but they seem to be very on top of trying to contact people about this issue prior to us staying. The bed was a 10 out of the 10, probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. I was sad that I had to get up so early to catch a plane home. The location is perfect for being super close to the airport, however there is nothing around for late night dining and the restaurant closed by the time we even got there. If they had some food options even grab and go stuff that would be very helpful, I didn't feel like waiting for Uber eats, and I didn't have a vehicle.
My only ick, was that it slowly starting to see wear and tear, but it's not being upkept. Minor things, but like the doors had paint chips at the bottom, it didn't affect my stay.

It began when the front desk couldn’t find our reservation - twice ! (despite a phone call 2 hours prior to check in). Had to take my driver’s licence and go “somewhere to talk to someone in the back” - then he came back (after 2 or so
minutes) and “magically” the reservation had been found. Unnerving for my identification to disappear from my sight. No explanation offered.
Frustrated again at check out when the desk clerk tried to charge us for something from the snack bar in our room - we had literally left our room 2 minutes before. Couldn’t tell us what item we had “consumed” (we hadn’t consumed anything - especially at those prices!) and then when asked how they could possibly know within 2 minutes (of us leaving our room) that an item had been consumed - they became very defensive and couldn’t actually answer the question of “how do you know what to charge us for” and the response was “it’s for the report at the end of the day - no one is saying you actually took anything”. Except that’s exactly what the desk clerk said the charge was going to be for - “an item from the snack bar for a total of $4.20”.
After challenging the charge we were told that no charge would be put through on the credit card.
Made to feel like we had “stolen” something when we asked for further clarification on the charge.
“No apologies or thank you for staying with us”.
Disappointing.
Side note - Service in the ****** was great - including the restaurant.

MMichelle BillingtonI always enjoy my stay at Deerfoot Inn & ******. The purpose of my trip was to hang out with my sister and catch up on our lives. The deluxe queen room was spacious and welcoming. I found a stain on the top sheet when the cover topper fell away. Just looked like a coffee stain, but jeez?! We went down to the buffet for supper, and the prime rib and scalloped potatoes were delicious, as well as the other entries. After we ate, we sat in the lounge next to the restaurant. I loved the big, comfortable chairs we chose to sit on. When I got up to use the ladies' room, my hips were out of sorts for several steps because the chairs are sitting too low. May I suggest they update the furniture as I noticed other older guests having the same issue.

ผผู้เข้าพักI booked the suite for my stay and it looked exactly just like how it was advertised. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the cute tiny quirks of the room. The bed was insanely comfortable and the duvet surprisingly kept us warm. Overall this hotel is fantastic. The servers during breakfast were very kind and attentive. 10/10:)
