ที่ตั้งดีมาก หากคุณเดินทางกับ Euro Star นี่คือโรงแรมที่คุณควรเข้าพัก โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ตรงข้ามกับสถานีรถไฟ Euro Star เราเดินทางจากอัมสเตอร์ดัมและแวะพักที่บรัสเซลส์ 1 คืนก่อนจะมุ่งหน้าไปลอนดอน ปัญหาเดียวที่เรามีคือโซฟาเบด เราจองห้องจูเนียร์สวีทพร้อมโซฟาเบด ทุกอย่างถูกจัดเตรียมไว้แล้วเมื่อเราเช็คอิน แต่โซฟาเบดมีฝุ่นเกาะอยู่ด้านข้าง หวังว่าทุกอย่างจะสะอาดเรียบร้อยสำหรับลูกค้ารายต่อไป

Shameful experience. This hotel is a fake 5-star and the management is a disaster. No valet, AC turned off, and zero service. At check-out, with five large suitcases, the front desk manager was rude and refused any help, telling me to carry everything myself. This is pure management failure and disrespect. Avoid this hotel

Good size modern hotel right next to EU. Beds are comfy. Great amenities with gym room and steam room. Only problem was the shower that was really hot and water flowing out. Good that there is a bathtub option we can use instead.
