Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Variety of food for brekfast. Location is quite central - Less than 10 mins walk to Delipark Mall and Tjong A Fie Mansion. Theres a bus station nearby too but we use grab most of the time. Pls note that pavements in Indonesia are generally not being maintained - so watch out for holes, metal rods, uneven surface etc. Highly recommended.

A nice hotel but far from the city and tourist centers. The unfriendly security guards made us visitors feel like strangers, not guests. The cleanliness of the rooms is the best here, with spacious rooms and comfortable pillows that allowed us to sleep soundly.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Service with a smile. The location was great and the hotel was clean and orderly.We got our room at 20th floor with good view of the city The amenities were all functioning especially the gym, sauna, steambath and jacuzzi. The f&b staff were also very helpful and obliging. Only 1 incident where a female guest brought her 2 sons about 12 years old into the female section of the sauna/steambath/jacuzzi area which was distressing to my wife. The staff on duty was not around to help correct the situation. Nevertheless upon our complaint they were very apologetic n assured us it was an oversight n necessary action will be taken to avoid its recurrence. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there n also ate at their Jade Restaurant on 2 occasions. We have no doubt we will be back to this hotel in future

The environment is quiet and relaxing, perfect for resting after a long day. The room was comfortable, with good air-conditioning and strong Wi-Fi. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication very smooth. Location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Overall, a great experience and good value for money. I would definitely recommend Emerald Garden Stay to friends and family, and would be happy to stay here again.
