ผผู้เข้าพักSays breakfast included but only continental stuff worth pennies. Have to pay £12 for hot foot and tiny portions. Was booked in SGD but billed as GBP so doubled price. Wasn’t worth that amount of money. “Courtyard view” means multi story car park view.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel in great location very close to bars and restaurants 👌 easy to find .The room was very small and didn't have hair dryer, we asked for one on reception, they said that they could bring us hair dryer but never did !Isolation in rooms are very bad, could here everyone from rooms next to us .

ผผู้เข้าพักRoom was spacious with everything you need however could have done with an extra plug by the bed as only had one on one side. Breakfast was good parking was good and everyone was friendly. Check in and out was super easy too

ผผู้เข้าพักLovely hotel with nice big clean rooms. A few issues though - you really need a car to get here as it's a bit far out from the city centre. In my room there was a room service menu and a number to dial for room service, but no phone. The food and drink was ok. During my stay there was only 1 person on the bar and service was a little slow. I ordered a soft drink and it was a bit flat, definitely not worth the £4 they charged for it. Because of staff shortages the dining room was filled with tables that needed to be cleaned. Breakfast was also a bit of a disaster. They charge £15 for it but definitely not worth it. There's a self serve hot buffet which was fine, nothing exceptional. There was no coffee available, just tea bags and hot water. Also there were no plates available at the continental station - really missing attention to detail when there were quite a few staff members present.

ผผู้เข้าพักAs a big fan of Premier Inns I felt this one wasn't up to their usual standard. Beds always very comfortable but the bedding wasnt adequate, slightly ill-fitting. Also the room was cold and the air con set to high did not work. The TV also did not work in our room, aerial connection was cited aa the reason on-screen.
On a lesser and more personal note, i like the scrambled eggs option in the morning but only fried eggs were offered at breakfast.

The fold out beds for kids are uncomfortable (worse than the ones at travel lodge or premmier inn).
Don't bother with breakfast! Kept running out of things and didn't always replace them. Bacon inedible, sausages cheap, no nlack pudding even though it's on the menu and small portions.
I would stay again but wouldn't add breakfast

KKevinNot the best stay here. The tv was not tuned in. Last visit no tv remote control. The shower temperature control was not working properly. But still the location is good and the spa is good
