"Location is right where everything is, the river, the Roman gardens, museum's, many food places, shops and beautiful buildings. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed with a smile, given our room key and explained to the fire evacuation, where the room was, how to get to it, also explained where the bar and cafe was and where to go for breakfast in the morning. The room we booked was a super room on the 4th floor, just wow it was amazing super clean, absolutely huge, great views, very quite, air con, multiple lights, dimmer switches, bathroom very very clean, had a bath, shower with multifunction shower head , lots of towels, super comfy beds, coffee machine which the coffee was stunning from. Slept extremely well, went down to the cafe bar in the morning for breakfast. Absolutely stunning, full English items all set out in a buffet style all hot food covered (including pancakes 🥞) again a coffee machine with many coffee choices, then an array of cereals, bagels, yogurts, jams, syrups, butter, croissants, fresh juices, fresh fruit I could go on and you can eat as much as you like. I can honestly say we will be back also the staff are out of this world, Thankyou Annie, oasis and all the staff at Chester central bridge street see you again soon 👌"

"Great hotel, most of the staff are wonderful. Go to hotel for regular visits to Chester, however on a recent visit, I needed to extend my stay - I had two reservations as I needed separate invoices. Upon check in asked if I could stay in the same room, and was advised this would not be an issue, I could be allocated the same room the next day, but to double check with the morning staff. However the following morning I was made to check out of the hotel at 12:00 and return after 3. Travelodge Customer Services were no help whatsoever and claimed the rooming allocations are down to the hotel, the hotel claimed this is not the case. An e-voucher was issued by way of apology, however unable to use this, and once again Travelodge Customer Services are no help."

"I have been to chester loads of time. Love the place. Also when i visited chester i love to go to chester oaks designer outlet. This is the first time i have stayed at the moxy hotel . The location is in a great location for the train station and it right in the canal . My friend and i stayed in room 257 . The room was very modern and clean . I would definitely stay at the moxy hotel next time i am in chester"
