นี่ต้องเป็นแคปซูลโรงแรมที่ถูกใจที่สุดเท่าที่เคยทํามาจนถึงตอนนี้ ผมได้ห้องพักที่มีระเบียงที่สามารถมองเห็นทะเลด้านหนึ่งและเนินเขาอีกด้านหนึ่ง เมื่อคืนฉันได้ดูพระอาทิตย์ตกดินและเช้านี้ฉันได้ทําการออกกําลังในลมเหล่านี้และได้เห็นนกบินไปมาในต้นไม้ เป็นการขอบคุณเป็นพิเศษสําหรับทีมสํารองห้องพักของโรงแรม - Hasrol ที่ได้ช่วยเหลือเป็นอย่างดี เขาทําให้มั่นใจว่าได้ห้องพักที่ฉันขอ (เราเป็นกลุ่มครอบครัวจึงต้องการห้องติดกันด้วย) คอยอัพเดทให้เราทราบเนื่องจากขั้นตอนการกักกันเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างต่อเนื่องและทําให้มั่นใจว่าเรามีเอกสารที่เราต้องการสําหรับการเคลียร์ได้อย่างราบรื่นผ่านสนามบิน เมื่อเดินทางมาถึง ช่างเป็นอะไรที่แตกต่างจากพนักงานที่มีความเป็นมืออาชีพและดูแลเอาใจใส่โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งเมื่อพยายามเดินทางในช่วงโรคระบาด Covid

สถานที่สําคัญตั้งอยู่อย่างโดดเด่นเมื่อมาถึงจอร์จทาวน์จากสะพานปีนัง น่ารักตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับห้างสรรพสินค้าที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจแห่งหนึ่ง (QueensbayMall) ในจอร์จทาวน์ มีร้านค้าและร้านอาหารใกล้เคียงที่เข้าถึงได้ง่ายสําหรับทุกคน

เดินทางกับผู้สูงอายุและเด็กโรงแรมในสะดวกมาก ไม่ไกลจากสนามบิน ร้านอาหารที่เปิดถึงเที่ยงคืน และโดยรวมแล้วตัวโรงแรมมีการบริการและสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกที่ดีสําหรับนักเดินทางแบบครอบครัว แถมจุดวิวจากห้องผมไม่เลวจนเกินไป!

Room and hotel outlay are fine. But did not meet 5 star hotel standard. Got nice kids play area where not all hotel have. Customer service attendant not as pleasant. Besides that, requested RM15 per hour if would like to have early check in. Additional, Trip.com mentioned need only pay RM6 for the taxes but when reach there, requested to pay RM20. All about extra charges and pay in this hotel.

I booked two twin rooms, Location is very strategic, easy access from airport and has plenty of shops near by; clean room and toilet. Electricity sockets near both side of the bed. One thing that I don’t like is the parking area,and narrow turning lanes which a bit dangerous and upon check out, you needed to pay 💰 for the heritage fees!

This was our 1st time at Amari Spice but from the on set was a bad experience. Driving into the hotel I could not drive to the lobby entrance to drop my family & luggage as it was blocked for some reason best known to Amari. Security at the entrance was of no help & I ended up blocking the way of a car at the back. What was supposed to be destress trip, started off on bad note. Anyway cursing Amari Spice for being worst than a 1 star hotel, I reversed back into the lobby entrance. Told this bad experience while checking in to the front office staff but they were not bothered  Going to the room found the mattress to be too soft sinking when you lay down & the air cond temp tops up at 26.5 degress, not everyone likes the room super cold. These 2 shortcomings are something that you wld not find in a 4 or 5 star hotels but looks like Amari is still figuring out where they stand. Even many 3 star hotels are better. Moving to the shower both rain & hand shower water flow was dispointing at best with temperature regulation being a challenge. Since my home is at Bukit Jambu & the main reason of chosing Amari was to destress, which was not possible with the said room conditions, I had to leave my family both nights to head home to rest. The matteress, shower & air cond at home the best. Wondering how Amari claims to be home away from home. On a good note the staff were courteous & friendly. Inclosing would I stay at Amari Spice again. NO.
