MMakatiThis is our first time at Hilton Pampanga and the ambiance is good. But the room view is not good it's dissappointing. The hotel staff was friendly but the lady in the front desk is not so.If your looking for a place far from busy place,it's good to stay at hilton.
MMaria. GI booked a last-minute business trip to Clark and stayed here for one night. While my room wasn’t ready upon arrival, the staff handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. They offered me a lower-category room and, though the price difference couldn’t be refunded (due to my indirect booking), they generously credited it for dining—a thoughtful touch!
The next day, I had a full day out on meetings, I needed a late check-out to freshen up before my flight, and the team accommodated me without hesitation. The room itself was spacious, well-equipped (complimentary waters, coffee, toiletries, iron, and safe), and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
What truly stood out was the staff’s warmth and attentiveness—always eager to help. This level of service, combined with the good amenities, makes this hotel a top choice for business travelers. I’ll absolutely return on my next visit!
BBestkrThe location and the spa are the best things about this hotel. Spa personnel were really good and friendly. Everything else was average to bad.
The restaurant food was pretty terrible. They need new chefs!
I bought a birthday package that wasn't set up even though I spent days discussing via email with the hotel staff (3 people actually emailed me to work out the arrangements).
Hotel staff, when you called from the room never picked up, in room dining hardly ever picked up. When they did they said they were busy and would call back - they never did.
I bought a room that had 3 breakfasts per day included. When checking in they said I only had 2. I showed them the confirmation on Trip app. The manager proceeded to argue/seemed annoyed and told me to address it later because it was late. I chose to ignore it because they had already screwed up the birthday package and I WAS annoyed. But this is just the level of organization and management of this hotel.
Overall, this place needs a management overhaul because it's not being run in a very organized manner nor do they seem to care about the little things like greeting people and being nice.
ผผู้เข้าพักFirstly, the room is clean, hot shower and air-conditioning works perfectly fine, rooftop deck is impressive . Breakfast is okay. I booked for 1 night just to see how I go with this hotel as it is my first time. . Safety deposit box is not working, towels are overused, no handowels, have to request for one, mini fridge bar is not working. I checked in late, after my flight , wanting to catch up on much needed sleep. Next morning around 715am housekeeping knocked, then rang the doorbell bell woke me up, saying their doing a ROOM CHECK and that's a PROTOCOL in El Vistra to do that which is totally INSANE. I checked out right after, then reception told me they're doing a ROOM CHECK to make sure everything is in order for me to get my deposit. What an experience!!
MMaribel S. AgustinMy family celebrated Christmas at Blue hotel and resort, and we had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly and warm, and our hotel room came with two king beds, its clean and everything we needed was provided. The pools were spotless, though as expected in December, the water was cool. Even so, my sons loved playing in them, and for larger groups, there’s another pool with a net for water activities like volleyball.
The boys also enjoyed playing table tennis. They offered us buffet breakfast for four, which was a standout. Foods are great.
The resort is a bit far from the city, but it’s easy to find with Waze. Since the area is remote, there are no nearby restaurants, though they do serve à la carte meals. For our Noche Buena, we drove into the city and found plenty of Korean restaurants to choose from. We noticed the road back was quite dark at night due to its distance from urban areas.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. If you want a quiet place to stay, away from noise, then this place if perfect for you. To top it off, the resort gave my sons Christmas gifts when we checked out, which made them so happy. We’ll definitely book again — and as always, the transaction through Trip.com was easy and smooth, never letting me down.
ผผู้เข้าพักI chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed.
While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird.
The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work.
Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice.
But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.
