ผผู้เข้าพักAlthough the fall colors are a little disappointing in Tachuan, the hotel is excellent. Location wise it is situated between the main attractions of both Tachuan and Honcun within walking distance. The facility is very modern and thoughtfully decorated. The rooms are clean and with all amenities you want to have. They provide good breakfast free and also wonderfully cooked dinner from their menu with very reasonable prize. The host and hostess are extremely friendly and helpful. They also owned a coffee shop next to the hotel with good coffee. The room prize is reasonable with GREAT value,, I
SSimocwPerfect location in the middle of the ancient village. We’ll restore and refurbished. Super clean. Service is ok but the amenities are quite limited. Breakfast was not included but I bought croissant and coffee….not the ideal choice, better to go for local. So far it was a nice experience thought.
AAtholeWonderful and quiet inn at the heart of ancient Xidi village. The owner was incredibly helpful and charming and made sure I was well looked after. The room was excellent. They only offer disposable towels. So I suggest you bring your own towel.
Xidi village itself is fantastic. Full of art students during the day but peaceful at night. It is a maze of narrow streets. A very friendly and welcoming place. The local post office is full of lovely manga postcards left by the art students.
TTexasRangerGood stay except for one small issue that should have been addressed better. The room I stayed in had faulty electrical connections so many light switches were mixed up and the bathroom shower light did not turn on. We had to shower in the dark. I raised the issue to a worker and she accused me of not knowing how to use light switches. She further complained to me about another customer who raised similar issues to her. It was very unprofessional. Later that day, a different worker came to the room to look at the problem and confirmed that the switches didn’t work, and he said there is no way to fix it. They did not offer anything to resolve the issue. I will not stay here again.
ผผู้เข้าพักThis place is magical. It's an oasis of peace and creativity that looks and feels like a living museum. Nature, the host, is a very interesting and warm person. From moment one we felt welcome and inspired. Definitely the most unique place we've visited in China and a must for anyone who is interested in art, Chinese history, architecture, nature and much more. Thank you Nature! We hope to be back soon.
