另外退房時前台小姐完全不知道我續住的房間已經付款，要求付款，粗心的我還要刷卡，還好男友提醒前台才開始核對。 主要是如果我付款了之後我發現的話， 我還是要浪費時間追回房費。 沒有必要。

ผผู้เข้าพักThe Junior Suite was wonderful, essentially a studio apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, large windows, a private balcony seating area and extensive shelf space. The bathroom was very modern with a very nice tall shower. The beds were very comfortable and the room was large, with a couch. Definitely a great place for both short and long stays.
There were a few small inconveniences in the room, but nothing that affected our stay (water seemed to leak over the door of the shower onto the shower mat; toilet seat was very stiff and loud to open/close; closets were very wide but oddly short to accommodate extra drawers, so too small to hang dresses in full length; the automatic lighting inside the closets did not turn off correctly; and our key card stopped working in the middle of our stay and had to be fixed at the reception). The hotel is very close to a tram stop, so it's easy to get into the city center, and it's also very close to the Cultural Center. It is a bit more of a trek to walk into the city, but still possible in 20 minutes or so. The hotel is located on a small street off the main road and the sidewalk leading up to it is very narrow and in disrepair. You would not guess that the inside of the hotel is so sleek and modern based on the older surrounding area.

ผผู้เข้าพักA very unique hotel that combines hotel and co-working spaces into one. Room was very spacious, breakfast was good and an easy 15min ride from the airport. Noticed that check in can be done online but also upstairs where is the restaurant.

For one hour, the whole hotel didn’t know how to charge my credit card, as their credit card machine doesn’t follow EU rules for 3D security, thus jeopardising clients’ private data. I wasted a full hour on the phone with my bank, only to find out that the hotel doesn’t follow rules on how to securely handle credit card data. The management kept telling me that it’s my fault, despite the fact I never before have had problems with card payments before.
Breakfast food was decent, with a choice between a couple of set menus.
The hotel was clean, rooms were quiet, and it was situated and in a convenient location, within 3-4 minutes from the nearest metro station.
Some of the photos on their site are dated, as the interior is different now.

ผผู้เข้าพักHotel is good, service leaves much to be desired. We arrived at the hotel at 2 p.m. and asked on reception if the room is ready (normal check-in at 3 p.m.). The answer was that the room will be ready by check-in time (3 p.m.). We came to the reception at 3 p.m., our room was not ready. The reception lady asked ask to wait 10-15 min. We came to the reception at 15:30, the room was not ready. The lady apologised and asked us to wait 15-20 min maximum. We came at 16:10 - the room was not ready. On my question “when will it be ready?” I’ve got the answer “I don’t know”. I asked the lady to call to the floor responsible/cleaning supervisor and clarify. The answer was “ I already called them, they also don’t know”. I got angry as nobody could tell me when we can expect the room ready. After I applied to their manager, the key was provided to us in 5 min. The room was not so bad, but in the bathroom there was strong sewage smell that stayed in the room for the whole night.

NNoi ChaOur stay at Hotel Budapest in Sofia was enjoyable and convenient. The hotel’s location is excellent—easily accessible and close to many key attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.
The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, with a variety of well-prepared dishes that satisfied our expectations. However, the dinner service during New Year’s Eve was noticeably slower, likely due to the large number of guests celebrating the occasion. While the wait was understandable given the holiday rush, a bit more efficiency would have improved the experience.
Overall, Hotel Budapest offers great food, a prime location, and a welcoming atmosphere. With a little attention to service during peak times, it’s an excellent choice for a stay in Sofia!

JJFOThis hotel has a wonderful breakfast spread. We enjoyed the breakfast and looked forward to it every morning. There is a wide choice of selection and everything was delicious.
The room was clean and spacious, though the furnishings are dated.
Reception is very friendly and helpful.
Not the best location in Sofia, but convenient for trams. About 10 minutes walk to Sofia centre or Sofia Mall. 5 minutes walk to the Ladies Market. Not many shops or restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel
