เราใช้บริการที่นี่บ่อยมาก เพราะทำเลดี เดินทางสะดวก หากินง่าย ที่ผ่านมาก็ไม่ได้มีอะไรที่ทำให้ไม่ประทับใจ แต่ครั้งล่าสุดรู้สึกไม่โอเคเลย ตรงที่จองที่พักแบบห้ามสูบบุหรี่ แต่กลิ่นบุหรี่ในห้องแรงมาก แล้วเราเป็นภูมิแพ้จนหายใจไม่ค่อยออก พอโทรไปแจ้งข้างล่างก็ติดต่อยากกว่าจะรับ คือเราอยากให้โรงแรมเข้มงวดเรื่องสูบบุหรี่ที่มากกว่านี้ ทุกครั้งที่ทำความสะอาด อยากให้เช็คให้แน่ใจว่าไม่มีกลิ่นบุหรี่หลงเหลืออยู่ เพื่อให้ลูกค้าคนที่พักต่อไม่เดือดร้อน

พนักงานหน้าบึ้งไปหน่อย สอบถามอะไรก็ดูตึงๆ ขนาดเข้าพักวันที่ 3 ในรอบสัปดาห์ 2 วันก่อน เจอพนักงานดี ok เลย ส่วนเรื่องห้อง 3 วันที่พัก เหมือนเล่นกล่องสุ่ม ห้องก็จะมีเรื่อง น้ำบ้าง ฝักบัวบ้าง หรือ ความสะอาดบ้าง แต่รวมๆ กับราคานี้ ก็ยังยืนยันว่า เข้าพักได้ ราคาถูกและดี

อยู่ใกล้ บีทีเอส ห้าง Big C มีร้านสะดวกซื้ออยู่หน้าที่พัก ฌดยรวมคือสะดวกมาก ข้อเสียของห้องรูมไทป์นี้คือหน้าต่างเยอะ ม่านกันแสงไม่ค่อยได้ทำให้มีแสงส่องเข้ามาตอนเช้าๆ

ห้องพักกว้าง มีไดร์เป่าผม ยาสีฟัน หมวกคลุมผม แชมพู ครีมอาบน้ำครบ ตู้เย็นใบใหญ่ แอร์เย็น ติดถนนแต่ไม่เสียงดัง ที่จอดรถเยอะ รปภ.ดูแลดีมาก เป็นส่วนตัวดี จองผ่านแอปถูกกว่าจองตรงเยอะ ดีมากกก

อยู่ไม่ไกลถนนใหญ่มีรถวิ่งผ่าน สะดวกดีค่ะ เพื่อนเป็นคนพื้นที่ยังไม่รู้จักว่าอยู่ตรงไหน😁😁 ยังดีที่มีแอพจองห้อง

ผมได้จองโรงแรม 2 ห้อง ตั้งแต่ วันเสาร์ 18 - อังคาร 21 พ.ค. 2562 โดยได้ราคาคืนละ 1000 THB กว่าๆ สองชั่วโมงต่อมาได้ข้อมูลจากบริษัทที่ฉันได้ไปอยู่กรุงเทพเมื่อเช้าวันนึงฉันโทรไปพนักงานต้อนรับเพื่ออธิบายสถานการณ์แล้วเธอโอเคทุกอย่างถูกจัดเรียงจากเธอ ผมเช็คอินวันศุกร์ 17 พ.ค. 2019 ตามแผน แต่เค้าแยก Reservation เป็น 2 booking แต่ปัญหาคือ วันที่ไปต้องเปลี่ยนจากวันที่ไปเป็นวันอังคาร 21 - จันทร์ 20 พ.ค. 2019 ครับ ปัญหาคือตอนนี้ทางโรงแรมอนุญาตให้ดิฉันเปลี่ยนวันเดินทางและเค้าคาดว่าเราจะจ่ายค่ารออยู่นานๆ ดิฉันขอความช่วยเหลือจากพนักงานเสิร์ฟ ปรากฏว่าเค้าไม่สนใจ และบอกว่าควรติดต่อ 1 เลยโทรมาอีก 2 ช่วยเรา ซึ่งเป็นชั่วโมงกว่าจะคุยและอธิบาย สุดท้าย 3 ก็บอกว่า เรียบร้อยดี, พวกเขาอนุญาติให้เปลี่ยนจึงกลับไปที่โรงแรมและสํานักงานใหญ่ 1 แต่เค้าก็พูดเหมือนเดิมเป็นนโยบายของบริษัทซึ่งเค้าไม่ให้แขกเข้าพักและทําการเปลี่ยนแปลงใดๆ เลยโทรมทุกคน เข้าพักที่ 1 ไม่มีอะไรคุณคิดเงินได้ ผมถามแต่ไม่มีการดูแลร่างกายไม่มีใครรับกลับมาให้ผม ตอนเช้าห้องเยอะมาก ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ แล้วเราจะทํายังไง ถ้านายกําลังเผชิญกับสถานการณ์แบบนี้ ความเห็นทั้งหมดของคุณยินดีต้อนรับ
