I wanted to take a moment to share our experience at Gelly Bean Home Stay at Azure Residences in Pampanga during our recent stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The location is absolutely stunning, nestled in a serene environment that provided us with the relaxation we were seeking. The amenities were top-notch, and we were particularly impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of our room. It was well-decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with our queries and needs. She made sure that our stay was enjoyable and special. We also loved the cozy common areas which were perfect for lounging and enjoying each other's company. One of the highlights of our stay was simply unwinding by the pool and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The property is beautifully landscaped, making it a perfect backdrop for some memorable photos. Furthermore, the location is great for exploring Pampanga, with several local attractions and restaurants nearby. Overall, our stay at Gelly Bean Home Stay was delightful, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Our stay at Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort was truly enjoyable, especially for families traveling with children. The property is beautifully maintained, with plenty of open spaces and greenery that create a peaceful and safe atmosphere for kids to explore and play. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of activities. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made our experience even more pleasant. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of dishes that catered to both adults and kids, making mornings something to look forward to. Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing stay for our family. Hilton Clark is definitely a great choice for those traveling with kids, and we would happily return in the future

Very enjoyable stay overall. The first night wasn't as good though because they gave me a room on the 3rd floor which had a few ants the next morning, so I requested a room change and they gave me a room on the 6th floor which was much better. Housekeeping was good since they clean all the dishes but they don't provide hand towels, only provide packets of bath gel and shampoo and small cheap hotel bar soap which I didn't use. Also, the hot water was only lukewarm the whole time and they didn't have a second trash can after I changed rooms which is strange. Additionally, I had to request trash bags since it seems pretty gross without them. If they fixed these small issues, the hotel stay would be nearly flawless. The gym was top notch. One other thing, check-in was a hassle since they make you sign this waiver saying you won't break or lose any little item in the room like the 8 picture frames and 2 ornaments on the walls and tables, the chairs and tables themselves, and anything and everything in the room. So I had to check every item was there myself before signing the form.

This is a well situated hotel in Angeles. It has a great pool and the staff are fantastic and always helpful. We moved rooms to a poolside room on the 2nd day and while we were out the the staff even moved our luggage to the new room. The food is great with a large selection to choose from on the menu. We will definitely be back. Thanks team.

The hotel is famous for its perfect location in the middle of all actions and a nice bar with view on the swimming pool. My only criticism is that for my room there was hot water coming only after 5 long minutes of letting the shower on.

I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

My family celebrated Christmas at Blue hotel and resort, and we had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly and warm, and our hotel room came with two king beds, its clean and everything we needed was provided. The pools were spotless, though as expected in December, the water was cool. Even so, my sons loved playing in them, and for larger groups, there’s another pool with a net for water activities like volleyball. The boys also enjoyed playing table tennis. They offered us buffet breakfast for four, which was a standout. Foods are great. The resort is a bit far from the city, but it’s easy to find with Waze. Since the area is remote, there are no nearby restaurants, though they do serve à la carte meals. For our Noche Buena, we drove into the city and found plenty of Korean restaurants to choose from. We noticed the road back was quite dark at night due to its distance from urban areas. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. If you want a quiet place to stay, away from noise, then this place if perfect for you. To top it off, the resort gave my sons Christmas gifts when we checked out, which made them so happy. We’ll definitely book again — and as always, the transaction through Trip.com was easy and smooth, never letting me down.

I also appreciated that the room had the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping and hotel staff were attentive, and any requests or concerns were handled efficiently. One of the things I appreciated most was the hotel’s convenient location in Angeles City. It was easy to get around the area, and transportation was readily available whenever needed. This made the hotel particularly convenient for business travelers, as well as guests who may have meetings, appointments, or other activities around Angeles and Clark. There are also various establishments within the surrounding area, making it easy to find dining and other necessities. The staff contributed greatly to the positive experience. They were courteous, professional, and willing to assist whenever needed. Good customer service can make a big difference during a hotel stay, and I appreciated how approachable and helpful the team was throughout my visit. The hotel also offers good value for its location and overall service. It is a practical choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and accessible place to stay in Angeles City without unnecessary complications. Overall, I had a smooth and enjoyable experience at Ritz Hotel Angeles. The combination of accommodating staff, comfortable rooms, convenient location, and easy access to transportation made the stay worthwhile. I would consider staying here again on a future visit to Angeles City and would recommend it to both business and leisure travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable accommodation option.
