New try in Jakarta and another apartment type room. Plenty of space but a bit dated and rough on the edges. Location is quite allright and plenty f&b options around or within a short ride. Good cleaning and no street noise, but a bit thin walls to screaming tantrum kid next door. Breakfast spread was good and nice and helpful staff. This was a step up from Manhattan down the street but still not the greatest value for money. Will keep it on the list for next time but might also try another option.

Public transportation was also easily accessible, which added to the convenience. The hotel facilities were equally impressive. The swimming pool was clean and relaxing, providing a perfect place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The fitness centre was well-equipped with modern machines, and the free Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable throughout the property. I also enjoyed spending time in the lobby, which had a cosy atmosphere and comfortable seating areas. Breakfast was another standout feature. There was a wide variety of delicious food, including fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, local dishes, and international options. Everything was well-prepared and regularly replenished. The restaurant staff were attentive and courteous, ensuring that guests had everything they needed. What impressed me the most was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member I encountered was polite, helpful, and genuinely cared about making guests feel welcome. Whenever I requested assistance, they responded promptly and efficiently, always with a positive attitude. Although no hotel is absolutely perfect, I found very few things to complain about. If I had to mention one small issue, it would be that the walls were slightly thin, so I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway. However, this was only a minor inconvenience and did not significantly affect my overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located place to stay. Whether you are travelling for business, a family holiday, or a romantic getaway, this hotel offers excellent value for money and outstanding hospitality. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

Fine hotel located in heart of Jakarta, the area is green, we like it. This big hotel has elegance style. The staff is friendly, Alvian the front office staff is not only friendly but also funny and child friendly! We like this hotel with it's big garden, playground area also big swimming pool and their great food. The famous people around the world were staying here too and it has beautiful Borobudur temple replica at the garden. Only I found no hairdryer on bathroom and bathtub is bit old. When we checked out early before 7 am we couldn't change the breakfast voucher as room service breakfast so we need to pick by self the take away breakfast at the Loby at around 5:30-6 am😕 The most is fine and nice hotel. We'll back to stay 3 nights more on next week before flight back to homeland.

หากคุณต้องการไปที่ PIK Chinatown และ Batavia นี่เป็นสถานที่ที่ดีมาก คุณสามารถดื่มนวดและซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตรอบ ๆ apt อาหารตั้งอยู่ในทําเลที่ง่าย พื้นที่สระว่ายน้ํากลางแจ้งนั้นยอดเยี่ยมและวิวจากระเบียงก็ยอดเยี่ยม! ห้องพักดีมากคุณมีทุกอย่าง Wifi ก็เร็วเช่นกัน ขอแนะนําให้พัก!

ครั้งที่ 2 ที่ฉันมาพักที่นี่สำหรับการเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจ เข้าพักครั้งแรกเมื่อวันที่ 27 กุมภาพันธ์ 2025 จองห้องดีลักซ์พร้อมวิวเมือง เป็นการพักที่น่าพอใจ วิวกลางคืนสวยงามมาก มีเพียงห้องน้ำที่สกปรกเล็กน้อยและเฟอร์นิเจอร์เก่าโทรม เข้าพักครั้งที่สองเมื่อวานนี้ 29 เมษายน 2025 จองห้องเอ็กเซ็กคูทีฟ เฟอร์นิเจอร์และห้องน้ำสะอาดกว่าและดีกว่ามาก แต่ไม่มีวิวทิวทัศน์ที่สวยงาม เนื่องจากหน้าต่างบานใหญ่ถูกบังด้วยกำแพงสูง พนักงานเป็นมิตรมาก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอยู่ใกล้มาก โดยเฉพาะออฟฟิศที่ฉันทำงานประจำ ทำเลดี มีมินิมาร์ทและมาร์ทาบัคแสนอร่อยอยู่ข้างๆ ประชุมและรับประทานอาหารเช้าที่สวนสวยบนดาดฟ้า การมีแมวเหมียวน่ารักเป็นอีกสิ่งที่น่าสนใจที่ได้รู้จัก โดยรวมแล้วประทับใจมาก! ขอบคุณ trip.com ที่มอบข้อเสนอดีๆ ให้เสมอ! ยอดเยี่ยมมาก!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
