HHiva Journey “A Journey Beyond Destination”I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The staff made me feel very welcomed and were always ready to assist with a smile.
The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. All facilities were well maintained, including the gym, swimming pool, and public areas.
Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and delicious food. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the high standard of hospitality throughout my stay.
Thank you to the entire team for providing such an exceptional experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers, and I definitely look forward to staying here again in the future.

MMike MCYSI had a very enjoyable stay at Ascott Jakarta. The room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a day of exploring the city. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
One area for improvement would be the breakfast selection, as a wider variety of options would enhance the overall experience. Nevertheless, the quality of the stay, the large room size, and the comfort provided more than made up for this. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would gladly return on my next visit to Jakarta.

$$un$hineWyndham Casablanca Jakarta is in a great location whereby the Kota Casablanca Mall is just about 3 minutes walk.
Hotel deco and layout were impressive. Room was spacious and very clean. The staff were courteous and friendly. It made us feel very welcomed.
Breakfast spread was huge and the food was delicious.
The room I stayed in had AC issues and the technicians were not able to resolve this. I was offered to be shifted to another room on the same floor-this was a fair offer.
Should I return to Jakarta, I would look forward to stay here again!

AAHMAD_ibrahimIt's not first time to be there and it will be not last time cuz it's one of the best hotels in Jakarta I will definitely return. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The hotel facilities are excellent. The swimming pool is large, there is a small pool for children, and another for middle-aged adults. There are two pools, one normal and one warm. They are truly one of the best hotels.

The hotel front entrance has a major road construction, it is very challenging and time consuming for all of our taxi rides returning to the hotel. Breakfast isn’t as good as I would expected, it is fair I would say. Room is generally spacious, but starting to run down a little as the carpet does look a bit outdated. Would be great if the TV is smartTV, nevertheless, I generally enjoy the stay there.
