I reserved two rooms on points and arrived from AKL at 630am with my family of 4. I knew we were very early and had expected we wouldn’t be able to check in. We were greeted by Front desk manager Anna (sp?). She initially told us we could store our luggage and use the gym to change our clothes. After a few minutes m, she came back and said she was able to get two rooms for us to check into immediately. It was greatly appreciated. After that, check in was quick. My Diamond status was recognized and was offered free continental breakfast. We were given rooms 109 and 111 which are connecting. The rooms were well appointed and very stylish. Everything was modern from climate control to all the outlets available (including wireless charging areas on nightstands). Don’t worry if you don’t have an adapter here! The mattress is very comfortable, but I didn’t like the pillows. They made my neck hurt. Bath products are Crabtree and Evelyn and the water pressure is great. We did use room service one night and it was delivered within 30 minutes. The crispy Korean chicken was quite good. Breakfast in the restaurant is also good. $20 for continental and $30 for full. Standard options available. All the staff in the morning were friendly and welcoming. The location is about 25-30 mins from AKL, and south of CBD. It’s a good spot to base out of if you are exploring area south of Auckland. There are McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Sushi, and convenience store all across the street (5-10 min walk). This is not a place to stay if you are looking to explore CBD or are looking for a lot retail and food within walking distance. But for us, it was just fine. The entire property is new and there is a great modern style to it. All the staff were courteous and welcoming. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Fantastic studio rooms. We had three studios for 6 adult family members and cannot fault the service. All staff were extremely helpful including the housekeeping team. Rooms were all clean and well appointed- all to a very high standard . Accomodation was on a par with 5 Star hotels we have stayed at. Thank you to the whole team. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend. 🙂

Just a short walking distance to the Manukau Mall, McDonalds, Wendy's, Subway, Burger Fuel, Countdown and Pak'N'Save. We intended to stay for a short period, but a medical issue arose and the receptionist rearranged other bookings to make sure we could stay in the same room. The staff, including the cleaners were very friendly. The only reason I gave a 4 rather than higher was that WiFi was hit and miss

Awesome base to stay at in South Auckland. Clean rooms, fresh towels available daily-you just need to let the office know between 10am-4pm. Close to heaps of good shopping spots. Absolute value for money, highly recommend!

Thinking of Sudima Hotel near Auckland airport, being convenient as it's close to the airport. This was to be easier for my family members, initially I had communicated through various emails to ensure that the prepaid accommodation and breakfast was taken care of. When my family member went to reception to ask about breakfast, he was refused and told to pay, he left. The time I spent ensuring that my family members were comfortable that was embarrassing as I already had said it was all paid for. After many emails, there is no redeeming of the $37 breakfast, staff members are not thorough in the proceedings of checking records with authorisation form attached to the room as I was told originally. I won't use this hotel in future. They don't care...
