I stayed from January 14th to January 20th this year, a total of six nights. The hotel's location is quite good, close to the port and shopping areas, very convenient! However, regarding the hotel itself, I was assigned to the fourth floor. At night, I could hear some noises from the surroundings of the hotel, and the sound insulation was just so-so. Most importantly, on the last day of my six-night stay, the hotel did not automatically clean the room for me. Also, for the first two days, the garbage in the room was not cleared and the tea bags were not replenished.

Great location and extremely comfortable bed. Size is spacious for 1 person. Would be just nice for 2

H I recently stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel Auckland and wanted to extend a special thank you to the amazing team, especially Moira and Christian Jose. During my stay, the elevators were undergoing maintenance, which could easily have made things inconvenient for guests. Instead, Moira went above and beyond to look after myself and many other guests. She was constantly checking in, offering assistance, giving clear updates, and doing it all with a warm, professional attitude. Her outstanding support truly turned a potentially frustrating situation into a very manageable one. I would also like to thank Christian Jose for his kindness and helpful service throughout my stay. His friendly manner and willingness to help did not go unnoticed and added to the overall positive experience at the hotel. Despite the elevator maintenance, the service from Moira, Christian Jose, and the rest of the team ensured my stay remained comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend Mövenpick Hotel Auckland and deeply appreciate the efforts of these staff members.

Excellent location. Facilities feel a bit old.

The front staff were very helpful. Location is great. The best location for doing shopping and catching a ferry to devonport and etc. The room is nice and clean.

“Ocean View” was terrible had a view of another building, not the ocean. Paid to upgrade to the junior suite, which was pretty basic and nothing special. Great location, but average hotel. If you pay for an “Ocean View” prepare to be disappointed.

Movenpick is always my first choice wherever I go. Great location which’s easy access to tourist spots. Floor with nice city view as well as free to enjoy “chocolate hour”

The location is perfect, near the station and pier but the room is not so clean, many dusts everywhere  The filter above the bath is dirty

Good location near Queen's wharf. Checking in took more than 2 hours to get the right room and we had to keep reminding front desk to provide room status.

Great location, however parking on the property was horrible. Staff was friendly. Breakfast could have been better, there are limited choices. Room sizes are great and spacious.

I liked everything about this hotel with the exception of the expensive drinks.

Everything is great except the slow internet despite that I have registered as a member as requested.
