Was here just a few weeks ago and it was epic. Turns out the staff remembered me this time too… they both approached me when I went to the restaurant for dinner, this time with my lovely wife as last time I was travelling alone, and welcomed me back. Nice people and even nicer place to stay. If you are ever in Auckland Nz and need an airport hotel this is the place. Booked to come back next time before we fly when in Auckland later this year.

it all depends what you need, I found this place to me nice, clean and has everything one need for a transit or a quick airport stays. The best part is it has free transfers with good coffee ofcourse

I had a very good stay at JetPark Auckland Airport Hotel. The location is close to the airport and the free shuttle was quick and easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a convenient and pleasant hotel for anyone travelling through Auckland Airport. I would happily stay again.

A hotel conveniently near the airport with sufficient amenities. Clean and neat, I would recommend anyone to spend their night(s) here

Always a relaxed stay at JetPark and a great idea to have cheap airport parking

I only stayed here for one night after, but found the place to be in great condition. Staff were very friendly. Also appreciated the free shuttle bus from the airport, as I landed very late at night.

Overall great stay for one night. The staff were very lovely and helpful.

When booking for JetPark .. if you want the free car park over, please go thru their website ph is best or it will cost you $8 per night. A map would be good for the place for the pickup in their van after flight. As we got 2 different places told to us.... Otherwise all good. Thank you A and L Tauranga.

It’s the Most Dustiest Hotel I’ve seen/stayed. Everywhere you look there’s sooo muccch dust. Table,Board above bed, Beddings, chairs, Shower Exhaust OMG thick dust. I wonder when was the last time it was cleaned. Checked in late around 8pm due to work. Only stayed 1 night so couldn’t be bothered.

Really enjoyed our one night stay here. The food was great and the customer service was excellent. Looking forward to our stay here again in June.

Airport Shuttle is great (and free) runs every half an hour, make sure to book it.  Rooms are big enough, shower pressure is great. Staff is friendly and helpful.  Can highly recommend for a night after/ or before your flight. Area is not great (no restaurants except for the hotel one) but close to airport.
