Was a great stay!! Special thanks to the young man who was working the breakfast on sunday. He was rushed off his feet but handled everyone with a smile, kindness and couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you Ramada Suites.

Handy location, close to Manukau City Shops. Comfortable room. Breakfast adequate but small selection & the same everyday.

Was not bad for a budget business hotel. Good value for money. But I would not recommend for a family. Location, amenities and price seem to aim business people. As I said, not bad for one day sleep, but not so lovely if you are sensitive.

Handy location for those who driving as the parking is free. Room is small but clean and tidy. Breakfast is basic but serves the purpose. Weird you have to pay for your own coffee in the breakfast but there are tea, milk, and juice.

The location is great, very close to the airport and an easy drive away. There is ample parking in front of the hotel. The general hotel staffing is short, and it is very hard to get a staff at the front desk. It would’ve been nice to have coffee included in the breakfast buffet. The rooms are clean and easy to use. The hot chocolate packets in the room were a nice touch. 

Hotel was very good for our requirements which was having access to the Airport for an early morning pick up and a few hours rest before departing Auckland,

Everything was great except for the air conditioning. I couldn’t get the heating mode to work, or perhaps I didn’t know how to switch it. The vent is located on the ceiling and blows air constantly whenever the power is on, which made the room quite cold. Because of this, I had to remove the key card to stop it from running.

Fast wifi (15MB/s) Clean and good sound deadening. Close proximity to airport Free car parking Doesn’t pretend to be what it’s not. It’s simply the best for someone looking to spend the nights, drive around and work in the room. Compared to hotels in the area it is the cheapest yet has fast enough wifi as well as free parking. Best for those on business and preferably those renting cars. The location is slightly further away from public transport.
