I travel quite a lot and can compare the services in this Arezzo 4 star hotel and others in the country: the plus: - futuristic and pure look and decoration. - a warm welcoming and helpfull staff available all the time. - a lot of Tesla superchargers the minus: - lots of stuff missing in the room to be rated as a four star : no slippers, no coffee or tea set, no vanity set in the bath room ( barely a single soap..), en empty minibar, no paper and pencils to take notes, no handkerchief , old and dirty carpet, a TV with less than 15 channels and only one in french and one in english, The breakfast is minimal and for 35€ you expect much more variety and quality food. And yesterday a diesel power generator ran all night, the people in the next room had a dog ( they accept animals in this hotel??) barking all night long.
