The best place to stay in Chiang Mai. Beautiful, clean, authentic, quiet. Located in a nice local neighborhood away from the touristic hustle and bustle yet only a 5 minute drive to the city center/square. Amazing local restaurants within 2-3 minute walk from the property with the best Thai food in Chiang Mai. Not to mention an incredible French Restaurant on the property. All that at an unbeatable price. Couldn’t ask for more.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. We booked our room 6+ months in advance only to find out upon arrival our room has been given away to someone else. The location is awful and far away from everything. There is nothing close enough to walk to so you either have to have your own car or take a Grab everywhere you go. The host is not very accommodating and left her front desk clerk to deal with us when we did not want to stay in something other than what we had booked. Extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. They will tell you one thing and then do another. You have been warned!

We stayed 6 days with our family and rented 2 apartments. It's really beautiful and made with passion. Very clean, very nice owners and a fantastic garden. 7eleven, laudry services and street food are just a few walking minutes away. To Chiang Mai center, it takes just a few minutes by Taxi (~150 Baht). We would definitely come back :)

À la base booké pour une nuit, j’y suis resté pour 3 mois. Lamduan et Jacky sont juste extraordinaires, les chambres sont luxueuses pour un prix vraiment correct. Il y a aussi une piscine et un jardin, enfin bref, le havre de paix parfait dans tout ce bruit. Merci encore !

Dans un quartier calme, une maison d'hote avec un beau jardin, une piscine. Les chambres, en fait des appartements, confortables, avec terrasse, décoration personnalisée à un pays. La salle de bain est grande avec douche et baignoire jaccuzi...
