Rest of the bottles are charged double i.e. ₹. 30 per bottle which actually not right.
Our room had no source of direct light. Even the exhaust fan in the restroom is not functioning.
All together the room was comfortable.

They made us feel very welcome and comfortable and made my daughter very happy. The breakfast buffet was also very good. We had to sleep across the breadth of the mattress. 2. Our room was just adjacent to the utility room from which there was frequent disturbance in the form of loud talking, door banging. 3. The included buffet breakfast was promised at 8 AM but was not available even till 8.45 AM, due to which I had to skip it to keep an important engagement. 4. Whilst, the hotel is located in a very busy industrial area of Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, it's tucked away in a quite corner. Apart from this, everything else was forgettable. It was a working day for me and I was hoping to get some office work completed, but thanks to the hotel authorities Wi-Fi didn't for the entire duration of my stay. When I enquired about this as soon as I checked in, I was told by the reception that it usually takes 10 mins for the Wi-Fi to kick in - last I knew we were still in the 21st century. Anyway, I checked with the reception again after 30 mins, they gave them different Wi-Fi login credentials, which also didn't work. When I checked again (3rd time), I was told that there was an issue with the Wi-Fi and they'll check with their Manager and get back for me - for the remaining duration, no one got back to me. I had a similar experience with the TV not working. These are trivial issues and I can certainly live without Wi-Fi and TV, but the point here is that it added to my bad experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, particularly if you're on a business trip. Hugely disappointing!

The Front Desk ***ager Ms. Lovely who ensured to give all her care and attention throughout be that on our arrival until we leaving. She ensured to not get us disappointed anywhere to the extent of even accompanying ***** with us to our room. The Bar & Beverage ***ager - Keith who ensured to release out his time for us to interact with him whenever we were around to give us the much needed solace and laughter under his care and attention. Yogesh-The Bell Boy who is such a delight to be around with who not only holds an amazing personality but is one of the most sweetest of person I having met. A rare individual to be found these days who is so gentle, polite and highly comforting. Hope he achieves much more greater success in the hospitality industry unlike to what he is currently doing out of responsibility which actually doesnot justify to his personality which is meant for him to achieve much more bigger. The overall staff of Astria the in-house Restaurant which I can't express in words to what all they did forth in order to solve off our hunger pangs when we happened to miss out on the breakfast schedule. The House-Keeping staff too was always on their toes and readily available whenever we required of anything even though a whole lot was going at the same time at the facility especially of a certain VIP event. Lastly my word of gratitude even goes for the security personnels at the gate who remain energetic and most responsible throughout to cater to our car parking worries.
