Centre Point Navi Mumbai

Lights would go off as key was not good enough so they come after an hour to fix it….. when I head for shower hand shower was all broken no body repaired it till I checked out…… and through out the night there was a big knocking noise later it was found in the morning that it was ac outdoor unit

Just checked in the hotel room door found open and there was half water bottle in the minibar fridge there was no housekeeping supervisor or ***ager available on duty. Hotel should have more staff to maintain the hotel

Right from checking, to best room with all the amenities, cleanliness throughout the premises, multi cuisine breakfast at Bougainvillea, a great working space at lobby level, a perfect lounge within the premises i.e. Pablo, an art lounge. All was a cinematic experience which gill be unforgettable.

It was my pleasure to stay in this hotel.Awesome Hospitality. Staff behaved well. Room was clean and spacious. Food is also good. Well connected. I am happy. I am really happy. Wish to visit again . Safety for family also

I wish I had better things to say about my stay at Centre Point, Navi Mumbai. I booked a room for a night last week. Whilst, the hotel is located in a very busy industrial area of Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, it's tucked away in a quite corner. Apart from this, everything else was forgettable. It was a working day for me and I was hoping to get some office work completed, but thanks to the hotel authorities Wi-Fi didn't for the entire duration of my stay. When I enquired about this as soon as I checked in, I was told by the reception that it usually takes 10 mins for the Wi-Fi to kick in - last I knew we were still in the 21st century. Anyway, I checked with the reception again after 30 mins, they gave them different Wi-Fi login credentials, which also didn't work. When I checked again (3rd time), I was told that there was an issue with the Wi-Fi and they'll check with their ***ager and get back for me - for the remaining duration, no one got back to me. I had a similar experience with the TV not working. These are trivial issues and I can certainly live without Wi-Fi and TV, but the point here is that it added to my bad experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, particularly if you're on a business trip. Hugely disappointing!

I visited this hotel for official work . The entrance can be confusing and being in the Industrial area ,surroundings are quite cluttered include workshops and slum area etc. But once you enter the premises ,it is quite neat ,spacious and has a modern feel. Pablo their pub/ restaurant seems to be popular as well.

Very well staff and good support from all team of Centre point. Receiption people behavior is very soft and good to help during room allocation and while billing also. Thank you for your great gesture.

We came from Canada to join our New York family for Ravi Rai wedding, at centre point Hotel for 9 nine nights. Our stay was quite comfortable and very friendly staff from the front desk to the kitchen staff they were superb . Also Pablo was a hit . We would definitely stay there again.

I came from US with my friends and family for my Wedding trip in Mumbai and I stayed at the property for 9 Nights. The hospitality at Centre Point was very warm and welcoming. All the staffs are very well trained, soft spoken and friendly in nature. I would like to thank all the staff especially Rahul, Abhishek and Pradeep from the Front Desk Team ; Sakshi, Varsha and Samuel from Restaurant and Room Service. You guys did an exceptional job and this will be my "GO TO" place in Mumbai going forward. Also would like to thank Velada from Pablo Lounge for taking great care of my guests and making sure everyone had an amazing time. Lastly I would like to add a few more words for Rahul, the Front Desk ***ager at the Hotel, you are a STAR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I have been to ***y hotels around the world but the level of your service was mind-blowing, you took care of everything brilliantly. Right from the first day I called you for the booking till the last day, you made sure that everything was done properly. I really would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 My best wishes are always with you and I pray that you reach great heights in your career ☺️☺️
