I don't call on telephone I call directly numbers which I have varsha ,Shyainu, Rajnish, nitin,they make sure that I get what i want without delay. "I am writing to share our extremely disappointing experience at Wild Camp Coorg during our stay on November 30, 2024. My group of four, consisting of two males and two females, had a pleasant expectations for our stay at the A-Frame Cottage, which we had booked in advance. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were shocked to discover that the property was nothing like what was promised to us via WhatsApp communications. First and foremost, the A-Frame Cottage did not resemble the photos or descriptions we were provided. The space was smaller, the quality of the accommodation was subpar, and none of the advertised activities—such as rain dance, archery, pot-breaking, and volleyball—were available. These activities were a key part of our decision to book, and the absence of them was a major disappointment. Additionally, the advertised swimming pool was a significant letdown. On the first day, the pool was empty, and on the second day, it was only half-filled, making it completely unusable. This was just one of the many facilities that were unavailable as promised, severely affecting the quality of our stay. When we brought these discrepancies to the owner’s attention and requested a cancellation, we were offered an alternative homestay 20 km away. However, this was neither a practical nor acceptable solution, especially after we had already wasted significant time on arrival. We had no choice but to post an honest review of our experience, which led to a deeply unsettling encounter with the owner. He became aggressive and threatening, demanding that we leave the property immediately after we had already waited for nearly two hours. Adding to our frustration, despite having paid in advance, the owner refused to issue a refund, leaving us feeling deceived and financially taken advantage of. The owner’s hostile behavior made our entire experience even more distressing. My wife and her friend felt unsafe and uncomfortable due to his aggressive demeanor, which raised serious concerns about the safety of other guests, especially couples. On a positive note, we appreciated the live music and the efforts of the manager and service staff, particularly Mr. Sunil, who went out of his way to make our stay more enjoyable under difficult circumstances. In conclusion, I would not recommend Wild Camp Cork to anyone. The misleading advertising, poor customer service, lack of promised amenities, and aggressive behavior from the owner made for a thoroughly unsatisfactory and unpleasant experience. There are far better options available for those seeking a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. The behaviour of that guy is the worstest ever."

"Very Disappointing Stay – Unprofessional Staff & Poor Room Condition My recent stay at GCC Club was extremely disappointing and far below expected hospitality standards. The Housekeeping Manager, Mr. Swetag Divedi, behaved in a highly unprofessional and aggressive manner while addressing a basic concern. His tone felt argumentative rather than service-oriented. The duty manager also argued unnecessarily over issuing an extra room key, and even simple requests like drinking water were treated as an inconvenience. It appears the property is primarily focused on wedding and banquet bookings, while in-house guests are neglected. Room 1228 issues: • Bathroom drainage choked • Broken mirror • Poor cleanliness and lack of basic upkeep The only people who interacted with a genuine smile and positive attitude were Mohan ji and his team. They were polite, professional, and actually tried to help—something sadly missing elsewhere. Overall, this stay did not meet even basic hospitality expectations. Photos are attached for reference. I genuinely hope the management takes corrective steps."
