|1.05km กม.จากตัวเมืองWe stayed here for 3 nights it is a lovely little Spanish hotel in the old town area of Benidorm, it is located on a steep incline. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms are very clean - the walk in showers in the room are powerful and the air conditioning is great too. Free wifi is included. The breakfast was great lots of choice with hot and cold options. The hotel has a small pool to use, we didn’t use this as we like to go to the beach it is 18 euros a day for two lounges and a parasol on the beach It is a 10 minute walk to the beachfront and tapas alley area in the old town which is where we ate every evening. It is very reasonable in price and the food is amazing the favourite tapas restaurants we sampled were Aura and Tasca Y Basta but there are 100’s to choose from. We went into the Levante one evening it is very different to the old town- party central! But we had to experience it :) it was around 10 minutes in a taxi and it cost approx 10 euro each way. The coach transfers from the airport cannot drop right outside the hotel we were dropped at the hotel port vista oro and it is a 8 minute walk uphill from there to hotel Brazil. There are plenty of taxis to take you back up the hill to the hotel if you don’t fancy the uphill walk Costs around 5-7 euros one way. Would I recommend this hotel - 100% would we stay again 100%

The location is fantastic - right in the middle of the old town, but no noise at all in the apartment. Friendly check in - comfortable beds and great shower - even got some British TV! There’s a lift and you can use the facilities of a nearby hotel if you fancy a swim. The only criticism is the studio was a bit small - but I suppose the clue is in the name.. Would definitely stay again.

|3.58km กม.จากตัวเมืองWe just spent 5 days at the Grand Luxor resort and village, what a hidden gem. We stayed in one of the two bed villas, it was beautifully peaceful and quiet, amazing views from the upstairs balcony overlooking the towns skyline which was only a 10 minute taxi ride. It was immaculately clean, and had everything we needed in the kitchen, free high speed wi-fi, 3 TVs in the villa all with UK channels. Air conditioning, A helpful and friendly housekeeping team that could not do enough for you. We had our own small pool that was cleaned daily, perfect to cool off.. there were also 5 other lovely pools on the villa complex. The hotel resort and grounds were very well kept, again very clean with two large pool areas, the hotel was modern and finished to a high standard and always smelt lovely. A vast selection for breakfast so something for everyone. The villa was perfect for us, before the start of the season, so peaceful and quiet just what we wanted. The hotel would be ideal for children and families as it has so many facilities and so close to Terra Mitica with free tickets into the theme park. We will definitely be going back.

|0.37km กม.จากตัวเมืองWell where do I start firstly check in was quick and easy rooms were ok don't like sleeping arrangements with all beds in living area so no privacy for us apart from changing in bathroom not ideal with 15 year old teenage daughter and 8 year old boy first hotel I've had this in and then onto the food absolutely rubbish we ate first 2 days as all inclusive breakfast pretty standard Spanish breakfast fruit was disgusting no much choice then lunch pretty much same dinner was pizza paella chips same stuff every night part from one night there was chicken there was no kids section like chicken nuggets sausages etc my son lived off chips all week so after 2 days sick of chioce of food ended up eating out entertainment was boring the bar staff need changing after full week of getting harrased everytime i went to the bar one of bar man took it one step too far trying give me chocolates 5th day came upto my room even though he knows I'm married there with my family it made the holiday so unejoyable that didn't want go back to the bar my husband felt very uncomfortable with the actions of the staff so much so we didtn go near them last 2 days how did he know what room I was in not normal behaviour that u expect of staff especially after paid lot of money to get harrased only good thing was the pool and life guards are lovely and friendly same with staff who work with the kids and hotel was clean but wouldn't recommend for families poor food choice some staff lovely some very rude location is good as not far to walk to the beach etc

I also thoroughly enjoyed the Spanish entertainment each night. It was fascinating to watch the locals dancing. I found the dining room and bed room staff very pleasant and helpful. Not so the reception staff. They were rude and arrogant especially the male staff in particular the younger guy. He left my transfer paper work thrown to the side all day and never informed me. It was faxed at 10.09 am and I must have passed him at least 4 times that day and he just ignored me. I finally received it late that evening from a female receptionist who just happened to find it.!!! On the morning I left I went to reception with my door card. He never spoke or said thank you or safe journey. Just a rude scowl on his face. I'm 72. Never again would I stay or recommend this hotel. All due to the reception staff

There is no information telling us to go there, infact throughout the week we spent time explaining the process to other confused traveller's. The reception at the other hotel was unmanned and a note saying ring this number was displayed. When I rang the number the phone in front of me rang in the reception, nobody was present to book us in. We went with our bags to the beach for 4 hours until 16.00. The check-in was lengthy although I did this on line prior to my visit. The guests were numerous, all making the same complaint to the girl on the reception. There was a 50 euro deposit taken from my bank card, this was finally reimbursed 2 weeks after we left, I had to email the hotel 12 times to get it back. The rooms patio door lock, free internet access and hair dryer didn't work all week. There were no additional blankets supplied initially. The whole experience was stressful and unnecessary. I am sure similar complaints will follow this one. AVOID AVOID AVOID

|2.05km กม.จากตัวเมืองI try not to read too many reviews, but a few in our party did and were therefore slightly anxious for our stay. There was no need. We were a group of 12 women, staying across 3 rooms. All rooms were clean and tidy, and had huge balconies with incredible views. We were on the 26th floor. There are 4 lifts, only 3 working. There was occasionally a bit of a wait but nothing major. I think one morning we gave up and walked down, but it was around the time of checkout. After reading the common theme of delays in deposits paid by card we made sure we had cash. When you pay the deposit they make it clear that they expect the kitchen to be clean and the rubbish to be taken out. We made sure we did exactly that, as we would anywhere we stay, and we had no problem getting deposits back. A few reviews mentioned money going missing from rooms. We all left money/passports/valuables in our rooms. Nothing went missing. The pool at the Horizon Apartments is very small, and in the shade for most of the day. There is a large pool down at the main hotel which is a 1 minute walk. There are plenty of sun loungers and a bar selling drinks and food, all at a reasonable price. The reception staff, cleaners and bar staff are all friendly and helpful, with the exception of one bar man who was quite rude on one occasion…..we come across rude people in every day life though don’t we so no stress! One of our party left her phone in a taxi. The reception staff couldn’t be more helpful, ringing to taxi company to try and locate it on multiple occasions. Yes the hotel is up a big hill. We knew that before we arrived though as we always look at the location before booking. The free shuttle bus is a god send though every 20 mins. A taxi is less that 5 euros, Every taxi driver was friendly and helpful. For the price we paid to stay I would definitely return, and would definitely recommend.

Reception staff welcoming & friendly, food was really good for a buffet type restaurant. An array of mains & desserts to choose. Sunday lunch on a Sunday (obvs) was really good as well. Only downside was not enough space to facilitate sun beds for everyone but we out most days anyway. It’s right in the middle of the ***** so convenient for us. Would stay again.

While I still love this hotel for the friendly staff, cleanliness , great location and fabulous pool area, I’m sorry to say the standard of the buffet has gone downhill. The salad bar is so limited now, just your basics , used to have a fantastic range of food to choose from. I never saw blue cheese the entire time I was there ,and just generally pretty poor. Such a shame for what was previously a superb choice. I actually did struggle to find something quite a few nights. Will go back because we like the actual hotel and it’s location,but very likely on just a bed & breakfast basis next time. The breakfast buffet is good. Big shout out to Florin as always, an absolute credit to the Servigroup chain.

Check in on arrival was quick was on the 7th floor overlooking Tommy's bar which does bingo and 2 for 1 drinks Room was very clean but a bit dated but that was no problem Had a TV with a few English channels as this hotel Caters more for the Spanish which is not a problem at all Rooms have baths and showers and the showers were the best IV ever used in any hotel. Beds are comfy with Maid service everyday. Got told you had to hire a fridge but was already one in my room when I arrived Aircon was a must due to the extreme heat over but they were also radiators Only cost me a extra €20 to up grade from B&B to full board Breakfast lunch and dinner were standard but catered for Spanish etc which again I don't mind your in Spain. Bottles of water €1 bottle of wine started from €4 Pool area is big and clean with more than enough sunbeds tables and chairs Only downside was the lifts only 2 which room forever especially round meal times so I must of lost a few 1lbs going up and down. They is also a big bar area with lots of seating I am fussy and I would go again they say you get what you pay for and this 2 me was a bargain They is also a slight incline if you have disability issues They are also safes to hire and hairdryers in bathroom

|1.35km กม.จากตัวเมืองThis is second RH hotel we have stayed in, we usually stay at the RH Victoria but it was fully booked. Check in and check out was easy and the desk was always staffed. All staff in every area were friendly and courteous. On entering the room and opening the curtains we were greeted by the sight of a graveyard, not exactly what we were expecting. I am sure the sea view rooms have a much more delightful view. The room was exceptionally clean and well furnished. The bed was comfortable and we heard no noise at night. Shower was good and plenty of hot water when we needed it. Cleaning of the room was to a high standard. The ability to have either lunch or dinner on half board was very helpful as was the 10% of drinks when charged to the room. The food offerings at breakfast were the best but lunch/dinner was a bit hit and miss. Soups were very poor and watery. The hotel is well located for the beach and old town. The pool area was very clean with plenty of sunbeds and parasols available, only downside the pool bar was only open 1 day for the week we were there. Would we stay at this RH hotel again? probably not as we prefer the RH Victoria but that doesn't detract from the very high standard of cleanliness in all areas of the hotel.

|0.97km กม.จากตัวเมืองHotel is in a great location in the heart of the old town. Check in was fast, as was checking out. Hotel is clean with friendly staff. I wasn't expecting a balcony but was pleasantly surprised when I did. Beds were comfortable, shower was powerful with lots of hot water, room had AC. Lifts are small but fast but you can use stairs. 24 hr reception. The rooftop has a small pool, sun loungers, tables/ chairs and a drinks vending machine. Hotel could do with some modernisation especially the rooms which are dated. I found the sunloungers and chairs uncomfortable. TV has no English channels but does have music channels. Lock on room door was difficult, I had to gently go back and forth until the barrel engaged. Breakfast was OK, I only ate the toast and had a cappuccino or two. Overall I had a nice stay and would return.

There was a nice view from the balcony but you could get that from any of the accommodation in this street. The rooms were dull and depressing. Our rooms only bonus was the balcony but that wasn't even the best. My daughter's room was on the second floor facing out to the bleak back street. There were bars on the window which I was glad to be honest as we were way up on the fifth floor and was worried as the room looks like a dungeon. If I was stuck in there I would have been depressed. The breakfast was awful. Don't be fooled by sausage and scrambled egg reviews on here it was disgusting. The only thing that looked ok was the pastries....if only they weren't covered in flies. To top it all I thought I left my earbuds in my room when I checked out . Spoke to staff but no-one seen them. Thinking about can't remember seeing them for a few days. They couldn't have disappeared in to thin air! They were definitely in the room so where did they go? Wouldn't recommend this place. I always read reviews but trust me this place isn't great.
