We couldn’t believe how quiet our room was considering it’s location. There was lots of choice at breakfast and we particularly appreciated the free tea and coffee that was available all day. The room was spacious, and toiletries and a hairdryer were available. Would recommend.

|1.76km กม.จากตัวเมืองBooking from 14/02/2023 to 21/02/2023 for 4 people in BHG APARTMENT We overnight stay in APARTMENT 2 and on 20/02/2023 (dd/mm/yy) from 2 p.m. the water felts in our apartment so we had unease about hygiene and services (cooking included). We talked with reception and they said that we had to wait. At 6 p.m. we called again the reception to search for more information and we waiting until 7:30 p.m. They called us and said that finally we’ve been change our apartment with another. We were really tired (in order to not having a place were we could relax ourselves for hours before go out again in the night). So on, the other apartment was far from the first hotel; far from the central place (OLD TOWN SQUARE) where we want to overnight stay and of what we payed; and it also was in a place not really quite. The apartment was really bad, doesn’t respect the standards of a 4 stars hotel because it was really dirty, smaller, fetiscent and with no services (bidet, terrace, hob, oven…). We hadn’t a room from 2 p.m. if we liked to have a shower, we couldn’t! It was 9 p.m. and we really don’t even know where we had to sleep, where we had to go to the toilet and where we had to put our 6 luggage! The girl who stayed at the reception, Tatsiana, (and her manager too) propose us to have the night free and stay in that bad apartment, and also they will give us a voucher from 200 CROWN (exactly 8 euros) so on we could spend it for a dinner in the terrace with a special sit to admire the view! For what? If we’ve accepted, where we’ve to sleep? Certainly not in that dirty apartment! Obviously we said no and reject her propose (you can’t buy people with money or offer them a voucher from 200 crowns, when they are telling you that don’t have a place to overnight stay!) Over that, she told us that she was already called others hotels looking for a room, but they were all full! And also their sisterhood hotel and their presidential rooms was full! That’s no possibile! There are so many hotels near by Old Town Square! And a real hotel can’t be full on a Monday in February! Hotels always have a spare rooms! After 30/40 minutes a man come to us telling that they found a room in another hotel who was 2 minutes from “Hotel U Prince”! Weren’t it all full?! It was 10 p.m and we were really mad, tired and we couldn’t enjoy our last night in Prague! Leave and learn. I will never recommend this hotel.

|2km กม.จากตัวเมืองThis is my personal experience in the hotel. Myself my wife and 2 friends stayed here for 4 nights. First off, it's not wheelchair friendly. The hotel itself is on the second floor of the building, our rooms were either side of the reception area. This was noisy at times but not too much. There are no lifts on the premises, everything is accessible by stairs only. Rooms are a great size, although the furniture, at least in our room, could be updated. There is a mini bar, drinks and snacks in the room, all of which must be paid for. Being a holiday destination city they have city tax, about €4 a night per person. What we did not realise was that you must pay a deposit for your stay, around €110 , this is given back to you after you leave if you haven't had anything in the room to eat or drink and no damage is caused. It can take up to 30 days to receive the refund however ours arrived the following day. No issues with food ,personally. Drinks are on average the same as in Ireland but the local beers are cheaper. The hotel website needs Updating as some features are gone ie , the nightclub is not all its cracked up to be. There is noise outside at night, some nights more than others. The location is perfect for site seeing, Charles Bridge is just across the road. If we are back in Prague in the future I'd definitely stay there again. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The location is great, you can reach to Old Town Square in 10 minutes by feet! If you don’t feel like walking, you also have the underground subway and the tram at 2 minutes from the hotel. The bedroom was huge, well equipped, with amazing sunlight in the morning, the perfect temperature by night and such comfy beds as well as so many space in the closet to hang your things. The staff was even greater, we own special gratitude to Dominik which is the perfect host and tour guy (if you don’t know where to start your trip and where Czech food and drinks to experiment are better you can trust he is packed with amazing suggestions!) But the offers this hotel have are so much more worth mentioning: starting with the Restaurant La Boca, a fusion between Spanish and Argentinian food, that already makes us have water in our mouth from remembering it. Amazing tapas and amazing breakfast such as so nice staff. Next, the Wine Office: the greatest wine we ever tasted! We are not wine experts but that Cava robbed our heart in the first second we tasted it. In this point we also send our warmest regards to Dominik which suggested the exact perfect wine and revealed himself really experienced with Wine Office being his own business and passion, feeling that he passes to the clients and makes the whole experience soooo different! Then the games room downstairs where you can spend time playing billiard and other games which makes it a great plan if you feel tired from all the sightseeing of the city but you still don’t feel like going to sleep. It is also worth mentioning the Vegan café the other Salvator facilities have: a top tier coffee you can feel it is natural and not machine made such as amazing food. We are not vegans but the non-Chicken Popcorn made us feel ashamed we aren’t!

This one is old, tired, and hasn’t been brought up to date since the 80’s. It’s not a horrible place but it’s not anywhere worth the money it cost (week between Christmas and New Year 2022 was $170 per night!!). We were expecting a much nicer place. The wardrobe area was so small that we could hang maybe 4 items. The bathroom didn’t have any sort of curtain or door or glass on the tub and the shower head sprayed about 180 degrees which inevitably soaked the entire bathroom, including the towels, the toilet paper and any clothes you may have brought in. And the floor was flooded. The carpet was at least 30 years old. The mattress was cheap and hard. The temperature in the room couldn’t be adjusted. The front desk staff didn’t speak very fluent English, and were rude. When our room got too cold and we couldn’t adjust the temp, I couldn’t call down to the front desk as the phone didn’t contain any instructions how to do so, and commonly used numbers, 0 or 9, didn’t work. So I had to call them using their outside phone number. When I did, the lady at the front desk barely understood me when I told her the room is too cold and could they send someone to fix the heat? She said “no one here to fix” and hung up on me. I called back and told her that I am a guest here and my room is too cold and to get someone up here to fix it or send us more blankets. That she understood and sent us more comforters. A solution, but not the ideal one. I don’t recommend anyone stay here.

The staff were super lovely and the breakfast was extensive and tasty. The cakes left over from breakfast are available on the bar for free during the day which was a nice touch. Bed was large and comfy. We asked for additional pillows and were provided with memory foam pillows which were fabulous. The rooms are immaculately clean and well serviced with tea and coffee making facilities provided and our room also included a small fridge. Highly recommended. It would be my choice of hotel if we go back.

All of the staff encounters were friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. Alex is particularly good. Luggage storage after checkout was secure and convenient too., The room has more space than expected and the bathroom was well maintained and supplied with decent towels - as was the bed and linen. It's noisy if you open the windows above the street, remarkably silent with the windows closed and good air circulation. Sleep was easy. Breakfast was included and somewhat underwhelming but not to quibble considering the budget price. A table near the window is a great place to watch streetlife pass. This doesn't pretend to be a 5 star 'destination hotel.' I rate it 5 star because it was such good value and pleasantly above expectations. Under similar circumstances, I'd have no hesitation staying at Residence Bene again.

|1.3km กม.จากตัวเมืองจองที่พักในอพาร์ทเม้นท์นี้ 3 คืน ในห้องสตูดิโอผ่านเวปไซด์หลักเพราะที่นี่ให้เวลาเช็คเอาท์ที่หลังกว่า 1. ผมได้รับอีเมล์วันก่อนเดินทางพร้อมกับมีการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลช่วยเหลือบางอย่างและรหัสกุญแจเพื่อเข้าอพาร์ทเม้นท์ (แม้ว่าอีเมล์จะส่งไปส่งที่อีเมลขยะของฉัน) ทําเลที่ตั้งก็ perfect! อพาร์ทเม้นท์อยู่ห่างจากสถานี metro และป้าย tram แค่เดินเพียงนิดเดียว จึงสะดวกในการเดินทางไปกลับสนามบินจริงๆ สถานที่ที่เราอยากไปเยี่ยมชมก็ไม่ไกลเลย เราเลยเดินไปซะส่วนใหญ่ รูปปั้น Franz Kafka หมุนหัวอยู่ถนนเส้นนี้ด้วย ครัวเล็กๆ ในห้องพักมีอุปกรณ์จานชามให้ครบครัน มีตู้เย็น กาต้มน้ํา ไมโครเวฟ และอ่างเล็กๆ เตียงนอนใหญ่ นอนสบาย หมอนใหญ่ไปหน่อยสําหรับชอบแต่ฉันจุกจิกเรื่องหมอน! คําแนะนําที่ฉันจะทําคือ: เตารีด ผ้าเช็ดตัวสําหรับตากจาน รีโมททีวีค่อนข้างอารมณ์ร้อนตอนพยายามเซ็นต์ Netflix เป็นต้น

It was perfect location as it was close to the famous attractions such as Charles Bridge, the Old Town and many others. The rooms are very spacious and clean, maybe a bit outdated but cleanliness is more important to me. The bed was comfortable and toiletries and slippers were provide which was nice. The staff were very friendly. When we arrived we were greeted by a very cheerful and helpful receptionist. He even gave our friend 2bottles of champagne as it was her birthday. We arranged a trip to Karlovy Vary and the manager offered to open the breakfast room early so we can have breakfast before we go. Very very thoughtful. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and cafe so you will be spoilt for choice as well as supermarkets which was fab as we had soju every night. There is like an ice cream cafe in the building and the Pistachio gelato is the best. I would stay there again and will recommend it to friends.

Despite being between two wonderful park and one minute from the best view of the city, the view from the window is average. Facilities: Large living room, new furniture, wooden floor, nice shower. Many details are worth a visit: good heating, good mattress (maybe a bit too firm if you are thin or with back issues), no noise from outside despite facing a busy street, good curtains if you do not like too much light while sleeping, large bed, everything working in the kitchen, just some cleaning tools missing. Cleanliness: You can say cleaning staff is very good, everything is tidy, with the exception of extra blankets and some blood stains on the sheets (which I do not mind, it is clearly the case of stains not disappearing despite many laundries). Beware: at least in my room, while turning to the maximum the radiator in the bathroom, the pipes make an unbelievable noise, that would totally ruin your stay if you do not know what to do. No need to have such heating in the bathroom, but it is not easy to spot where the noise is coming from. Staff: efficient self-checkin, if you do not mind not meeting an actual receptionist/ owner. Safety: The place is big, it looks like there are many apar**ents and you see many men apparently staying there by themselves, maybe some of them long-term. At least in low-season than, it does not have the vibe of a normal touristic accommodation and could look a bit weird. But Prague in general, and this hood especially, are so safe, that I would not be worried even being a woman traveling alone. Price: very reasonable, not sure in high season. Covid safety: No advertisement of safety measure, no guests wearing masks inside. But it is normal in Czechia. A gel at the entrance. But if you rent a flat and you are alone, I do not see many measures that could be taken and if you stay in Prague, most of the places you would go are less safe, so all fine here. Why to go there: It has everything in the right place, clean with many not obvious good details. I would surely recommend it to my friends or go back. Why not to go there: it is not so fancy: if you need special furniture or a romantic view, you can find better or you can just go out to the Letna and Stromovka parks.
