Let me start by saying all the staff where very pleasant and helpfull I was expecting little attention to detail
When we arrived there was no help out of the car with luggage help came later with the luggage to the room
The room was very nice but the wi.fi was not working
There was no safety deposit box in the room
The sheets had to be changed
Our friends room was no bed side cabinet and chair
All these items got sorted but for a 4 star resort there shouldn’t be these problems in the first place
One item which didn’t get sorted there was no mini bar in the room but it was on there discription
I stayed from 20 to 25 Dec. I checked in late at around 2 am on 20 Dec and checked out super early on 25 Dec at 8:30 am in the morning. My dad unexpectedly passed away in the city on 21 Dec and for most of my trip, I was busy with the arrangements, returning late only to sleep in my room. On check out day, my flight got postponed and I returned to the hotel. For the most part, the Front Desk people were super helpful. However on the last day when I requested some private space just to sit and collect my thoughts. I was curtly told by Mr Sumit to 'sit around in the lobby'. Of course I wasn't expecting my room back but some sensitive courtesy in replying to a request would have been appreciated. It was a bitter jarring end to an otherwise smooth stay. I won't be staying here in future.
It was a very pleasant experience. . We had a short stay for 1 night. The room was neat and clean. Clean washrooms. Check in was very smooth and very calm staffs. Didn’t try the breakfast so no comments on food. Location is very friendly. Just 100 Mtrs from Hennur mail road and major chains of restaurants and pubs are in walkable distance. Preferred for budgeted stays. Worth for the money u pay.
