Amazing Stay with Fantastic Hot Springs and Waterslides! We had an incredible time at this beautiful hotel! The hot springs were a true highlight—relaxing and rejuvenating, with breathtaking views. The waterslides added a fun and adventurous twist to our stay. The property itself is stunning and well-maintained, with a serene and inviting atmosphere. The only downside was the lack of dryers anywhere on the property, which meant we had to take some damp clothes with us on the plane. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to our friends. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with unique amenities, this place is a fantastic choice!

Room was fine but nothing special and not very well sound proof Smoking zone is outside the hotel so you have to walk a lot Pools are great but lots of kids Service can be improved a lot (lots of mistakes) Breakfast buffet is awesome and very various

We had a wonderful experience with Casa Luna! The hotel property is beautiful with an amazing garden. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious! The hotel staff are very nice and ready to help. One night we were walking in the garden, we ran into a hotel security, Dimas (hope I got the name right). We asked about animals. Dimas right away gave us a tour and showed us so many animals! We saw sloth, snake, frogs (including the green one), alligator, fresh water crab...all in the hotel garden!!! The garden is a paradise. Inside the hotel property, all we could hear was the sounds of insects, frogs, birds... We are so happy that we stayed at Casa Luna!

We enjoyed fantastic Arenal volcanic views from accommodation. Friendly staff and perfect location. Clean facilities and comfortable and cozy bedding.
