This hotel is much more than just a place to stay — it is a complete family holiday destination designed around children, imagination and creating unforgettable memories. 🌟 Exceptional Service from Shi Jun — A True Credit to the Hotel Before arriving, I honestly considered cancelling our reservation due to communication difficulties. However, one person completely changed our experience — Shi Jun from the front desk team. Shi Jun demonstrated truly exceptional hospitality. Through WeChat, he patiently communicated with us, answered every question and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He helped us when we were close to giving up on the reservation, arranged room changes, helped find a suitable place for me to work, assisted when we needed to visit the hospital, and continued to care about every detail of our family’s needs. His professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for guests represent the very best of hospitality. Shi Jun is a young man who is a true credit to Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel. For his service alone, I would give 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 🌟 Beautiful, Spacious and Immaculately Clean Rooms The room was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. The family design created a warm and welcoming environment, with excellent bedding, a well-maintained bathroom and plenty of space for parents and children. For families travelling with young children, cleanliness and comfort are essential — and Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel truly delivered. 🍳 Excellent and Abundant Breakfast The breakfast was another highlight. There was a fantastic selection of food suitable for both adults and children. The variety was impressive and provided a great start to each day. 👨👩👧 A Wonderful Family-Friendly Environment The greatest strength of this hotel is its understanding of families. Everything is designed with children in mind, creating a place where children can feel excited, happy and full of imagination. Our child especially enjoyed the family atmosphere, and it was wonderful to see so many families creating happy memories together. ❤️ Great Potential with Some Areas for Improvement The hotel has an excellent foundation: beautiful rooms, a fantastic concept, wonderful family facilities and a great location. With some improvements, it has the potential to become one of the best family resorts in Anji. 🌍 International Guest Communication As an international guest, communication was sometimes challenging. Unfortunately, none of the staff members we met could speak English, and some were reluctant to use translation tools. Basic English support or greater willingness to use translation applications would greatly improve the experience for overseas visitors. 🧑🍳 Breakfast Service Professionalism Although breakfast was excellent, we noticed the chef using his phone in the breakfast area during service time. For a family resort with such great potential, maintaining professionalism in all public areas is important. 🌙 Night Reception Service At approximately 5:00 am, we needed assistance because our room key required reactivation. Unfortunately, nobody was immediately available at reception. A 24-hour guest service presence would improve the overall experience. 🚗 Arrival Experience The entrance creates the first impression. We noticed the security staff member appeared distracted using his phone and smoking rather than actively welcoming guests. Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel Rating: ★★★★☆ We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay: **Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店 **Check-In Experience:**   We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.   **Room Comfort:**   Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. **Facilities:**   The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine. **Service:**   The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out. **Room for Improvement:**   While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment. **Final Thoughts:**   This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.  In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages. Would we return? Absolutely!

โรงแรมที่อยากมาพักมาเป็นปี ๆ ซ่อนตัวอยู่ในฟู่ชุนซานจูของหวางกงหวางนี่เอง! ไม่ได้พักโรงแรมบูติกที่ประทับใจขนาดนี้มานานแล้ว โรงแรมไม่ได้ใหญ่มาก แต่ห้องพักจัดวางแบบเป็นส่วนตัวสูง สิ่งที่ประทับใจที่สุดคืออาหารญี่ปุ่นท้องถิ่น ทั้งมื้อเย็นและมื้อเช้าอร่อยจนต้องกราบ! ฟู่หยางที่ขับรถจากหางโจวแค่ 1 ชั่วโมง ชิลล์สุด ๆ ไปเลยค่ะ ❤️ พนักงานก็เป็นกันเองและสุภาพมาก ประทับใจมาก แนะนำเลยค่ะ

很久之前就聽説了大樂之野，這次正好想帶狗狗一起出遊，炎炎夏日也想找個適合躺平的地方，那就試試吧～總體來説體驗感比較好，度假性價比拉滿。幾點感受，僅供參考。 🐈⬛關於寵物友好：大樂之野是不收取額外的寵物清潔費的，這一點就非常讚了。入住時，為我們兩衹狗狗都提供了寵物清潔包，裏面有隔尿墊、清潔濕巾，可以説非常貼心了。房間裏也有狗狗專用的小床。第二天的狗狗早餐也是營養搭配，新鮮食材現蒸。這都可以給到一個夯了😁 🗑關於衞生：雖是攜寵入住房型，但房間裏總體是比較乾淨的。偶爾沙發和上面上有一些其他狗狗留下的”印記”也是可以理解的，並無大礙。雖然週中衹有我們一家人入住，但散步時也看到店家在早上也有認真打掃泳池，這一點非常加好感。 🌿關於環境：非常避世的小院子，被竹林圍繞，滿眼都是綠色，耳邊是夏日的森林樂章。這點也是我們非常喜歡的，有野趣，又不至於太原生態。大樂之野把現代人追求野趣的分寸感拿捏得很好。 🛌關於設施：洗護用下來都不錯（具體啥牌子沒看），小朋友也會提供專用的。房間裏沒有冰箱有一點點不方便，但是有一間水吧，和影音室在一起，有單獨一個區域。還有一點點不方便的是電視沒辦法投屏，如果想投屏的話也衹能去影音室。其他的設施都挺滿意的。 👩🏻🌾關於服務：管家非常貼心，在沒有入住前就提前加好管家羣，細心解答所有的問題，給到遊玩攻略。入住後因為衹有我們一家人，也非常熱情周到。37℃的天，到停車場幫我們一起提行李。入住後也都是有求必應，很是周到。小朋友體驗了窯爐烤麪包，打發了毒日頭的時光。 ⛱關於周邊玩樂：到了直接搜尋一下附近有啥好玩的就行，都不遠。附近的慈湖集市週末有打鐵花，但是我們是週中去的所以也沒去看。附近還有一個河姆渡遺址博物館和遺址公園，帶孩子的話很值得一去。

We stayed at this resort for a two-night, three-day trip, and while the building and location were visually impressive, our overall experience fell short of expectations, especially for international travelers. First, the golf course was not well-maintained and did not resemble the pristine images shown online. Additionally, while the archery court was fine, it lacked proper safety protections, making it a concern for families traveling with young children. Despite being branded as an Italian resort, there was no functioning Italian restaurant during our stay, which was quite disappointing. Even though the breakfast was really good, the food options for lunch and dinner were very limited, especially for non-Chinese guests. As visitors from Nepal, we found it difficult to enjoy the meals, and one member of our group who is vegetarian struggled even more to find suitable food options. There were no alternative dining options nearby, so if you don’t bring snacks or food with you, your choices are extremely restricted. Another challenge was the language barrier. Only one staff member could speak basic English, which made communication quite difficult at times. While the venue might be suitable for events like weddings or photoshoots due to its scenic appearance, it’s not ideal for a relaxing getaway unless you come with your own activities planned. Without that, there isn’t much to do onsite, and the lack of entertainment, food variety, and language support made the experience feel isolating. Overall, this resort has potential, especially in terms of architecture and ambiance, but it still needs significant improvements in service, food, and international accessibility to truly be welcoming for global guests.

管家梅梅特別好，熱情又靠譜，有需要找她都很及時，讓人感覺很舒服。酒店環境很不錯，綠化特別多，到處清清爽爽的，沒事在園區裏面逛逛走走特別解壓。房間衞生做得很仔細，乾乾淨淨沒有異味。房間裏的設施都保養得挺好，用着順手。整個地方很安靜，不會吵吵鬧鬧，度假的氛圍剛剛好。整體方方面面都挺滿意的，住得很放鬆。下次過來還考慮住這裏，也推薦給出來玩的朋友。
