Tout a été parfait, sauf le restaurant Ono pour déjeuner. Il manquait de tout. Mais très bon service avec la serveuse.

This hotel is fantastic from the moment you walk into the lobby and are greeted by their wonderful staff!! The rooms are cozy and very clean! Beds are very comfortable and the vibe gives it the finishing touch to come back! This place has everything you need for a stay of one night or a week. Love the location and specially the staff. I hope to be back soon!

Malgré qu'on est arrivé d'avance mais je voulais pas ma chambre maintenant, car il était juste midi on l'a eu que vers 16hr ce qui est quand même long pour du monde qui était déjà arrivé , on pensait que vous nous auriez considéré... Pour le reste c'est ok

The room was nice with a kitchen and large washroom. The carpet is quite stained. We did some of the hiking trails which were in the forest and verynice. . A posted map would be helpful. The pool needs some maintenance. We used the kayaks but they should get some bigger ones for more stability.

Hotel was a Dream for our daughters and us. We stayed only one night during trip through Quebec, but we appreciate access to the beach and pool. Our room was really big and bed confortable. Not far from the City Center

This is our 3rd time staying at OTL. Same top-notch quality of service, facilities, and staff. Excellent experience, highly recommend hotel in eastern Quebec.
