Place was clean. Hopefully they can have toilets and wash room for every floor. But staff are helpful and accommodating. Location is easy to locate just that it’s a busy one and can’t really help to be noisy

You get what you pay for if it's not part of a large hotel chain. The cheapest mid week stay at any of the hotels around Heathrow but it was a huge disappointment when compared to the website photos. Mould in several places, part of the bathroom floor sunk when you put your foot on it, several holes in the doors and walls had been plastered by an idiot and the shower controls came away from the cubicle when you touched them. On the upside the room was warm and the hot water was perfect. The TV only worked at certain times, as did the central heating and the rooms were not soundproofed as advertised. Overall there was little noise from the other rooms which helped. Staying here is only for the brave and staying more than once is for the foolish. Parking can be an issue. Booked through Booking.com - shame on them for allowing this hotel to be on their site.
