ตอนจองก็รู้ว่าโรงแรมค่อนข้างใหม่ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพักที่มีปัญหาคือน้ำระบายจากท่อระบายน้ำอ่างอาบน้ำช้ามาก แต่น้ำไหลแรงมาก ถ้าสระผมก็แทบจะอุดตัน การจัดการภายในวุ่นวายมาก ทุกวันจะมีพนักงานหลายคนมาเปิดประตูด้วยคีย์การ์ดโดยไม่เคาะประตูบ้าง หรือเคาะประตู หรือเคาะผิดห้องบ้าง ถ้าต้องการพักผ่อนจากการปรับเวลาเดินทาง ต้องแน่ใจว่าได้ล็อกกลอนประตูภายในให้เรียบร้อย

The location is very convenient, right off route 1 south. We arrived very late and with the incorrect booking date. The lady at the service desk was extremely helpful and managed to rebookd a room at the spot. Thank you to trip.com. They also allowed us to have a late check out. Again have to praise the friendliness of the service desk. The room assigned was not set up properly so we got an upgrade. Room is clean by there are no slippers, no shower cap, tooth brush etc. Kind of disappointed.

ลงเครื่องที่สนามบินนิวอาร์กตอนกลางคืน เลยต้องหาที่พักแบบกระทันหันหนึ่งคืน รถบัสรับส่งของโรงแรมช้ามาก รอไปกว่าครึ่งชั่วโมง แต่สุดท้ายก็มาถึงโรงแรมได้อย่างปลอดภัย พนักงานบริการเป็นกันเองมาก และไม่ต้องวางเงินมัดจำด้วย ถือว่าดีเลย แถวโรงแรมค่อนข้างเปลี่ยว เช้าวันรุ่งขึ้นหลังเช็คเอาท์ก็เดินไปสถานีรถไฟ ตอนแรกซื้อตั๋วผิด ไปซื้อตั๋วไปสนามเม็ตส์ เสียเงินเพิ่มไป 8 ดอลลาร์ ถือว่าเป็นที่ระลึกแล้วกัน!

The room that I stayed in was very clean and comfortable will not mind visiting again

There were several fees that I didn’t expect such as $31 resort fee. $15 early check in fee for checking in at 2:00 rather than 4:00 and $10 for parking. The place also needs updating. Two beds were standard size not queen size. Al things considered I would not be inclined to go back.

The location is near highway easy to go to Newark airport. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast is also good!

โรงแรมเดินทางสะดวกไปยังทางหลวงใหญ่ แหล่งช้อปปิ้ง และร้านอาหาร ห้องพักตกแต่งสวยงาม มีเก้าอี้ นั่งสบาย พักผ่อน ในห้องโถงร้อน ไฟไม่ค่อยดี และพรมดูสกปรก าก มีขยะทิ้งไว้ที่ตู้น้ําแข็ง 12 ชั่วโมงกว่าๆ เครื่องโซดาใช้งานไม่ได้ ห้องเย็นและไม่สามารถปรับอุณหภูมิให้อุ่นได้สบายๆ รูปในทีวีแย่มากและมีช่องให้เลือกน้อยมาก อาหารเช้าแบบปรุงตามสั่งรวมกับห้องพัก อย่างไรก็ตาม เป็นบุฟเฟ่ต์ที่มีอาหารคุณภาพต่ําจริงๆ

The hotel has improved a lot over the last few years. Daily housekeeping to tide up things is a nice touch for me. Most hotels have stopped since the pandemic years. Breakfast is decent. Offerings are fresh and adequate for business travelers and family. The bathroom is a little small but the king bed and pillows are very comfortable. Nice AC thermostat keeps the room nice and cool during the heatwave this week. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Will go back when I am in the area next time. Thank you!
