It was very clean and so exiting.First I wrongly booked 2 single beds but I asked for to give me a couple bed from reception.And They helped me ro this. Hotel room so clean and breakfast was a very delicious. And we ordered extra water from reception ,and they brought free. And we ate a national food from restaurant which under the hotel.And we got 15% free coupon . I say thanks

1. ที่พักตั้งอยู่ในเมืองเก่า เดินจากที่พักไป Minoral Kalo ใช้เวลาแค่ 10 นาที ระหว่างทางก็มีสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวอื่นๆ อีกมากมาย ทำให้เดินเพลิน ไม่เบื่อ ไม่รู้สึกว่าไกลเลยค่ะ 2. ชั้นใต้ดินของที่พักมีห้องครัวอุปกรณ์ครบครัน พื้นที่กว้างขวาง สามารถทำอาหารเองได้เลยค่ะ 3. เจ้าของที่พักน่ารักมากค่ะ วันที่จะเช็คเอาท์ต้องรีบไปขึ้นรถไฟตอน 7:40 น. เลยขอใบยืนยันการเข้าพักล่วงหน้าหนึ่งคืน (เพราะสนามบินจะตรวจสอบ ถ้าไม่มีจะถูกปรับ) เจ้าของบอกว่าต้องออกตอนเช็คเอาท์เท่านั้นเพราะเป็นระบบออนไลน์ เลยขอ WhatsApp ของเจ้าของไว้ แล้วตอนเช้า 6 โมงก็ทักไปขอใบยืนยันการเข้าพัก รู้สึกเกรงใจมากเลยค่ะ ตอนออกคุณผู้หญิงยังเตือนด้วยความเป็นห่วงว่าข้างนอกฝนตกและอากาศหนาว และช่วยดึงฮู้ดเสื้อคลุมให้ด้วย ซาบซึ้งมากค่ะ 4. ห้องพักกว้างขวางมาก แต่ว่า... มีแค่หน้าต่างเพดาน แต่หน้าต่างเพดานถูกคลุมด้วยผ้า เท่ากับว่าไม่มีหน้าต่าง ซึ่งไม่ตรงกับที่ระบุในใบจองว่ามีหน้าต่าง แถมฉันจองห้องเตียงคู่ แต่ได้ห้องเตียงใหญ่ แต่จริงๆ แล้วห้องของฉันเป็นห้องสำหรับ 3 คน เพียงแต่เตียงเล็กไม่มีที่นอนและอื่นๆ นี่เป็นความสะเพร่าเล็กๆ น้อยๆ ฉันคิดว่าพวกเขาสามารถทำให้ดีขึ้นได้ (สถานการณ์ข้างต้นฉันเพิ่งจะพบว่าไม่ตรงกับใบสั่งจองในวันที่ 2 แล้ว พอพักแล้วก็ไม่ได้บอกเจ้าของที่พักค่ะ 😅) 5. โดยรวมพอใจมากค่ะ แนะนำเลย

Sarhad Hotel is located rin the Old Town, making it very convenient to explore Bukhara on foot. Major cultural and heritage sites, including the Ark, are within walking distance, so there’s no need for transport. This is a family-run hotel, and the personal touch truly stands out. The owner makes the effort to greet guests daily, creating a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. When we arrived past midnight, the owner was on standby to help us check in. We were hungry after the long journey, and they went out of their way to help us order food online — recommending a nearby pizza place, calling the store to check if it was still open, and placing the order for us. Special mention to Asilbek, who was very helpful and attentive, always greeting us and checking on us during breakfast. The team also assisted us with laundry at a very reasonable charge and helped arrange our airport transfer, making the stay hassle-free. The hotel itself is charming, with exquisite interiors that reflect traditional Bukhara style and give a homely feel. Our room was spacious, very clean, and newly renovated. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh and well maintained. Breakfast was simple and adequate — nothing fancy, but perfectly fine if you don’t have high expectations. One small downside: the hotel is located along the road, so you may hear some traffic noise at night. That said, it wasn’t frequent and didn’t significantly affect our stay. Overall, a lovely hotel with genuine hospitality and heartfelt service. Highly recommended for those who value location and personal touch

Room is clean and neat. Location is good that you can walk to many tourist attractions. It is run by a family. The two young boys can speak English. They are helpful and talkative. I would definitely choose this hotel when I visit bukhara again.

Lovely little hotel with nice rooms. We had a rough start when we were told breakfast was not included, despite it saying so on the Trip.com app. The kind staff relented and gave us breakfast anyway, even though there was obviously a mess-up in the whole booking system (not the hotel's fault I guess). Appreciate it, guys!
